Yes... and HUMAN TERRAIN is an essential part of HUMINT. I was involved with the analysis of THAT GUY... SPOKE TO THAT OTHER GUY... SPOKE TO THE THIRD GUY TWICE... etc. You could figure out who the S1 was... or the S2... or the 3 or 4... then identify WHO they were... and even WHERE they were. Its driving a lot of analysis of when and where to send a REAPER out on a mission. The bank managers lose their jobs, and usually they have mandatory investment in the bank's stock, which becomes worthless.

That's the point. Because none of the account holders lost money, the bank managers are NOT being fired. Look at a story about the SVB failure. Its all about how the managers could party, make videos, do anything but banking because their was no risk to their jobs with Daddy Biden covering them.
I didn't know Flynn personally so I'll have to take your word for it. But its been my experience that few folks get to to be Generals by being blowhards. My West Point Class has 26 Generals in it and only one fits that description. Surprisingly enough, its not Lloyd Austin.

 

Sorry, but I don't think that story about SVB is accurate.
As for Flynn, it would be inappropriate to share details. None of us who knew him were surprised when he was the first to lose his job in the Trump administration.

 

That SVB story has been all over the media... TV, radio... everywhere. I've even seen videos of parties they made, and the bonuses they handed out THE DAY BEFORE THE COLLAPSE are a matter of record. There were no consequences so it was all a game.

 

After the collapse the story changed.
