When did I say that abortion should not be provided to save a women's life? Women's lives too should be protected. If the law said that a human cell or a zygote is a legal person with rights you would obviously be against it. No such law, just as there is no law which defines a legal person as a born person. I'm sure that you would be saying that the "law counts" if there was a national abortion ban!
Nope, I have never brought "morals" into the equation....wrong again... "" if you have no good argument of your own you HAVE TO make up something "" and you don't want to protect women's LIVES if you deny them reproductive freedom...EVERY pregnancy has the risk of death and always harms women physically. "Please show the law that says a human cell or a zygote is a legal person with rights and how that works without interfering in the rights of the woman it's in? ""
Are there any laws with which you disagree? Women decide whether or not they reproduce in over 99% of cases. At the moment of conception, they have reproduced. Wait, is this news to you? I have made it quite clear that abortion should be provided to save the woman's life. Are you pretending that this is not my position? You missed post #4326.
FoxHastings said: ↑ Nope, I have never brought "morals" into the equation....wrong again... So you agree you were wrong when you said I brought morals into the discussion... LOL, another silly , and erroneous, nit you have to pick....you should know what reproductive freedom means but obviously you don't....and yet you discuss it (???) EVERY pregnancy has the risk of death and women should not have to wait until they are death's door before stopping the pregnancy. AND AGAIN, why do you think killing the "innocent life of the fetus " is OK then ?? LOL Ya, I missed it since I'm so used to you DODGING questions.
By advocating for bans on abortion, you are preventing the unwillingly pregnant woman from living her life the way she desires. The implication of being anti-abortion is thus to be anti-(women's) life. Calling yourselves pro-life is a joke. "Born" is already implied in the concept of "person".
Literally all pregnancies are a threat to the pregnant's life -- Are youb aying youbare pro-abortion now?
Ritter said: ↑ Literally all pregnancies are a threat to the pregnant's life Uh(gooodGAWD) yes....a threat to life is a death threat...
By that logic, by advocating for the ban on women killing their born child who they hate, you are preventing the unhappy woman from living her life the way she desires. Funny how you can't explain why.
I never said that you brought morals into the equation. I said that the only argument you could make against an anti-abortion law, is a moral one. Are there any laws with which you disagree? I know perfectly well what reproductive freedom means. It means that a woman decides whether or not to open herself up to reproduction. This is a choice that women have. Simple! I never said that women should not have to wait until they are death's door. A doctor will know if the pregnancy is a risk to her life, and then provide the abortion. Simple! If I dodged questions, how the hell would that make you miss posts?
Every pregnancy carries the risk of death....and even the doctor doesn't know until the woman is pregnant.
NO, I wouldn't because a national abortion ban takes away women's rights....just like I wouldn't be for making slavery legal....because it also destroys the right of bodily autonomy.....both Anti-American, Anti-Freedom , Anti-Liberty. Your turn : "Please show the law that says a human cell or a zygote is a legal person with rights and how that works without interfering in the rights of the woman it's in? ""
You're only addressing one reply section. What happened to point by point reply? I thought you were good at that.
Congratulations. You just made a moral argument. I answered it in the post that you quoted that you obviously didn't bother to read, much less properly reply to.

Nope, I didn't...you can say I did but you saying something has never made it true
""Please show the law that says a human cell or a zygote is a legal person with rights and how that works without interfering in the rights of the woman it's in? "" OK, then you have no problem with abortion....
