The fact that Democrats are prosecuting and ruining anybody who opposes the regime. In the latest example, the FBI are going after James O'Keefe for Ashly Biden't diary. They already took down Project Veritas.

Rebellion, for the purpose of federal law, is a crime. But why are you talking about the directory definition of rebellion? You realize there's a dictionary definition for insurrection too right?

You're also just skipping over the glaring fact that you haven't proven Section 3 applies to the President (because it's an impossible task based on historical and modern precedent). You're also ignoring the fact that Section 5 exists and Congress overruled Section 3 when they passed the Amnesty Act.

Because of the Amnesty Act, Confederates were able to be elected despite Section 3 literally being written to prevent them from holding office. It negated Section 3 for future candidates. When they drafted the 14th Amendment they wanted an escape hatch Knowing they couldn't keep Confederates out of government forever because it would not have been politically feasible. But they needed a constitutional amendment to make it temporarily legal.

It's their constitutional right. I would say I was surprised by your lack of understanding of the constitution... however, I'm seeing ALLOT of liberties with the founding document lately.

Yes, there is a radical-Right faction -- but in Colorado only the radical-Left controls ANYTHING!

I do look forward to the next threads involving the Colorado Supreme Court after the SCOTUS throws their "insurrection" ruling in the garbage. Oh, the wailing and gnashing of teeth among Democrats in Denver! It will be music to my ears!

It could be! I'm not a big Trump 'fan boy', believe it or not, but this whole "Jan6" construction that Democrats have fabricated has now gone beyond ridiculous!

You're thinking right again ... right wing. Democrats believe in the Justice System. It doesn't always go your way, but knock off the top and bottom and ... wa-la ... you've built the greatest nation on earth ... EVER!

BTW, delighting in someone else's misery isn't normal ... just say'n. :wtf:

But it is a good example of the upside down alternative universe tRaitor tRump and his supporters live in.

Your argument is the one that claims that because the 14th doesn't specifically mention "crime" or "criminal" or "convicted" then it doesn't refer to those. The first amendment doesn't mention the Executive Branch. Using the same logic you presented, then the 1st amendment doesn't refer to the executive branch. Meaning it can violate the 1st amendment.

If my argument is silly, then so is yours because its the same exact argument. And yes, my argument is silly, because your argument is silly. It ignores ALL other parts of the Constitution.

Care to make any bets? I bet Trump will be on the ballot in all 50 states. Whichever one of us wins the other has to take a full month's vacation from the forum.

Now engaging in insurrection is legal, giving aid the enemy is legal?

So you think anyone can accuse you of engaging in insurrection, and based on their assumption, you're guilty.
    If you say so

They all weren't personal attacks, but because the ones that were, were posted over several pages, they aren't personal attacks.

Which means what? You think someone can just accuse you of engaging in insurrection base on, you did this to yourself, and that makes you guilty of insurrection?
