It is easy to document dead bodies, Hamas went out of its way to document its murder of civilians on 10/7.
The reason Hamas has not documented 30,000 let alone 100,000 casualties is obviously because such documentation does not exist.

The reality is Christians and Jews had a demon status where they had to pay a 10% tax (in addition to all other taxes which added up to a crushing amount) or they would be killed or at the very least their children taken to be raised as Muslims (depending upon how close they came to coming up with the tax) and they were mainly restricted to the worst jobs in society. There were times, isolated times mostly, where I dividual people of Christian or Jewish faith could rise to hold positions with in Muslim kingdoms or empires but that was mostly because the Muslim ruler couldn't trust his own Muslim brothers.

BTW there were also Christian kingdoms and Empires which welcomed Jews and treated them well though, like in Muslim kingdoms, it all depends upon the current ruler and when that ruler ladies things could change.

The deep tunnels created by Hamas have been surprisingly extensive. Beyond that Israel has targeted specific areas and slowly expanded its control over Gaza. Civilians have been able to move out of the way of these attacks.

If Israel had carpet bombed and instantly incinerated Gaza as they Allies did to Dresden a high number of civilian deaths would have been inevitable.
Given that Hamas is especially publicity hungry there is no way that they would have failed to show off 30,000 bodies if they existed.
