Resorting to such tactics only reveal ones inability to defend a position on merit. I strongly oppose causing suffering and death. Hamas and their handlers are to blame for what is happening to their people. They can release hostages and end the suffering today if they cared. They don't.

If only they cared about their people as much as they hated Jews.

Not true at all. Asked and answered repeatedly. Read my posts.
Non-combatants should have been evacuated by the nations and organizations that say they care about the welfare of civilians from day one of the war.
Instead multiple walls and tanks have been placed to trap them in Gaza.

Egypt’s clearest duty arises under the refugee convention of the Organization of African Unity (OAU), which Egypt joined in 1980. That agreement provides a broad definition of a refugee: any person who “owing to external aggression, occupation, foreign domination, or events seriously disturbing public order” is “compelled to leave his place of habitual residence in order to seek refuge in another place outside his country.”

Human rights groups that condemn “illegal pushbacks at the border,” either in the U.S. or Europe, are strangely silent on this topic. Certainly Egypt should not be forced to shoulder the burden itself — more than 13 European countries took at least 10,000 Syrian refugees, while Arab states like Iraq and Lebanon have taken in many hundreds of thousands. Why should Egypt be allowed to seal itself off at the expense of civilian suffering? Egypt’s refusal will likely serve as a precedent for other countries and other conflicts, fundamentally undermining refugee law.”

The answer has always been a definite "yes". OTOH, most of the virtue signaling phonies who express concern for the welfare of Gazan civilians are strangely silent over the now heavily fortified sealed Egyptian border that has left them trapped in a war zone.

First, you say that it's not true at all and then you explain why you're perfectly fine with using starvation as a weapon.

So, Yes, 100% you support starvation as a weapon.

First you say you strongly oppose suffering and death, and then you explain why you want to see suffering and death.

So, yes, 100% you support using starvation as a weapon.

The Inconvenient Truth: No one reporting from Gaza dares to say anything that might offend Hamas -- and virtually everyone knows that by now -- especially those who pretend not to.

    WOW:

    New Harvard Harris Poll:

    - 82% of US citizens express support for Israel, while 18% express support for Hxmas.
    - 67% of US citizens indicate they would support a ceasefire only after Hxmas is removed and all hostages are released.
    - 63% of respondents support Israel's sovereignty over the West Bank.
    - 78% of respondents support the removal of Hxmas from the Gaza Strip.
    - Regarding the future of Gaza, 73% of respondents prefer either Israeli control or governance under new Arab states.

Did you even watch that video? It doesn't even mention Hamas.

Meanwhile, the IDF open fire on and killed over a hundred civilians and wounded another 760 while they were trying to get food:

Egypt spent decades dumping every criminal, Islamic terrorist, and rapist into Gaza so they really, really, really do not want those criminals back. They will not take any of them if they can stop it.

    You have clearly been disinformed.

Here is the Inconvenient Truth: Egypt has sealed its border to keep Gazans out for decades. Now it has added and rebuilt more walls with watch towers, and even built a high concrete walled concentration camp to capture any that manage to somehow get over all the barriers, and past the massed tanks troops machine-guns etc.

“Following the re-sealing of the Gaza-Egypt border on 3 February, Amnesty International is concerned about the increasingly difficult human rights situation and living conditions of some 1.5 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. “Egypt has the right to secure its border with Gaza, but a return to the situation whereby the Gaza-Egypt border – Gazans’ only means of passage to the outside world – is completely sealed, as it has been for the past seven months, is not acceptable,” said Malcolm Smart, Director of Amnesty International’s Middle East and North Africa Programme. “Whatever agreement about the management of the border is reached between the governments of Israel and Egypt, the Palestinian Authority and the Hamas de-facto administration in Gaza, it must respect fully the fundamental rights of the population of Gaza.” With the exception of the 10-day period after the breaching of the Gaza-Egypt border at Rafah by Palestinian militants on 23 January, the entire 1.5 million population of the Gaza Strip has been locked down since June 2007. Even patients in urgent need of medical care not available in Gaza have been denied passage out of Gaza by the Israeli authorities.”

It is a poll of a people who do not live under the threat of Hamas terrorists in Gaza. People who are not supporters of Hamas or under their direct control will not support a ceasefire until:

    1. Hamas returns all of the hostages.
    2. Arrests and turns over all of the raiders.

    Think it through.

So, it has nothing to do with anything. What does the opinion of Americans of Hamas have anything to do with what is going on on the ground in Gaza? That doesn't at all affect what is actually occurring.

    Nope, that's pure Hasbara.

Israel restricts and inspects everyone passing into Gaza, including the Rafah crossing. Israel has full control over that.

Though I must note the insistence that the Gazan's can't flee into Israel is intensely and rabidly bigoted. The bigoted insistence on apartheid does not make those who support it look good.

Interesting to see such criticism considering Israel is by far the most diverse country in the region. Can you point out a thriving population of Jews, Christians, atheists, gay people, non-Muslims, or people critical of religion/government in the region outside Israel? Your side is not in a position to criticize on that issue.
