Not always. Classified documents are classified for a reason. This is the entire reason behind the Classified Information Protection Act (CIPA)

Jack Smith is probably going to appeal the 11th Circuit and have the looney judge removed from the case.

Don't fur get Smith is an illegal unconstitutional prosecutor...who was a private citizen appointed by an Attorney General, who has never been confirmed by the Senate, as a substitute United States Attorney under the title ‘Special Counsel,’

It is not their call... Canon has to recuse herself. Kind of laughable at best when the prosecutor himself is a private citizen appointed by an Attorney General, who has never been confirmed by the Senate, as a substitute United States Attorney under the title ‘Special Counsel,’

Yet she recently asked him to do something absolutely insane. And he didn't do it. And he's confronting her about it.

If you want to start a Biden thread, please do... try to stay on topic about former President Trump's declassifications...and please try to remember it was Vice President Biden, not President Biden when you start your thread.....[/QUOTE]
Your boys were the one bringing him up. Not me. I responded. If you want to throw a fit, bringing it up with your comrades.

Are acting Attorney Generals now illegal and unconstitutional? Man, you must HATE Trump, then. He LOVED circumventing the Senate with his perpetually "acting" officials. But, luckily, we don't even have to go there. Because you are wrong. The AG WAS confirmed by the Senate. Whoever told you that he wasn't was lying. That seems to be a common trend in the sources that you provide: they are lying to you.

Do you ever get tired of being wrong? Yes, higher courts CAN remove her from the case. And, yes, the AG was confirmed by the Senate.

Try to keep up... Smith was illegally unconstitutionally appointed by Garland.

Then you need to rewrite your sentences. They imply that Garland wasn't confirmed by the Senate. He was. And the AG has the authority to appoint special counsel. Also, you keep throwing around the phrase "private citizen." ALL civilian special counsels are private citizens.

Great. So then push for a speedy trial and let the world know about those corrupt Dems. But he isn't doing that. He's doing all he can to push off this election and it seems he has some help from the judge. Innocent people want their day in court. Imagine how much easier it would be to win if he just got on the stand and pointed to the documents that expose the corrupt Dems! But he doesn't want that. Why?

Again, since you keep forgetting, I wasn't the one who brought up Biden. And the fact that he was VP rather than President is immaterial.

Facts? LOL.. you can't factually prove what was going through someones mind when they made the decision to keep documents they shouldn't have had. You can shill for them since you are a loyal party member, but thats all you are doing at this point.

Lol, you are arguing we should get rid off all criminal cases then. Because, according to you, intent can never be proven. Meanwhile, we know he intended to keep them. He's been open about that.

So, you're saying he is fighting against kangaroo charges in kangaroo courts with kangaroo juries, if they have any juries at all?

Try to keep up. You are copy/pasting the lies you've been told to believe. You have no actual basis for your claims.

They were his personal records... he is the one that determines what to keep per Judge Amy Jackson's ruling..

Those kinds of cases don't establish precedence. And that case involved actual personal records. You are claiming that Biden can declare ALL government documents to be his personal property and then sell them to the highest bidder. That's insane. But it is what your "position" requires. Hell, in popscott land, he could even declare the nuclear codes to be personal and sell them to China!

    Ok? What's wrong with that?

Is the jury just supposed to take the prosecutor's word for it? Do you really think that's how our justice system works?

So you are on the "Biden can declare our nuclear codes to be personal and sell them to China for billions and that's totally legal" camp as well. Big surprise.
