That's what the FBI says. Is that the evidentiary bar we're using now?

If the FBI says it, then it's irrefutable fact?

Trump said he had the documents. His lawyers admit he had the documents. No one, except you, denies that he had the documents. To call this the dumbest conspiracy theory ever posted on this forum would require a saintlike generosity. It's probably the dumbest excuse anyone has offered, in this forum or in any other media. It is even too dumb for Trump to advance it, and that takes a lot.

Biden can't access the launch codes unilaterally and, they're changed daily...lol

Other than being deeply idiotic and not in the wheelhouse of any citizen juror that would like the case to finish by the end of the century, absolutely nothing. As I said, some will die of old age during the process. Cannon will retire before the case ends in 3024. :(

I'm sorry that you think that Biden isn't the head of the executive. But since you are desperate to dodge and hide, your position requires it to be legal for Biden to declare ALL of our national security information to be personal and to sell it to whomever he wants. Despite this being your position, you are too embarrassed to talk about it.

Sounds like Smitty did a crappy job of building a case.

I'm not so sure. Her likely strategy is to wait for jury selection and then grant Trump's dismissal of the case. She'll probably be eager to end the case, in Trump's favor, as soon as it gets to the point that the prosecution can no longer appeal. I think that's what Jack is getting ahead of.

I've already addressed your excuse and your attempt to flee. You are, once again, arguing the Biden can declare all of our national security secrets to be personal and sell them to whomever he wants.

Maybe to idiots, much more simpler to see Cannon as either a total idiot or a zealot unsuited to apply the law and represent the scales of justice.
She's merging the Espionage Act with the Presidential Records Act and making up "law". BTW, he's charged under the Espionage Act....hello. She can dismiss the case but she won't if she believes that it does not apply because it opens up an appeal and then she loses control.

War plans against Iran are not "personal." Defense documents are not personal. ALL documents related to the OFFICE are OFFICIAL, not personal. But keep explaining your "Biden can sell all of our security secrets to the highest bidder and that's totally legal" excuse. Again, That's LITERALLY what you are claiming. And you know it. Which is why you two keep hiding.

Then you are no longer claiming that the President has the power to unilaterally declare documents to be personal. Make up your ****ing mind. You keep contradicting yourself. That or your account is being hacked and we are dealing with two separate Wild Bills.

""War plans against Iran are not "personal.""
Prove it... show us the document... show us he had "War plans against Iran"... all you have are allegations..

Any, you have already decided what is true and ignore any evidence which contradicts with your beliefs.

It's on tape. He's admitted it. I'll put the "Trump's confessions don't matter" in the same pile of dung that we'll put your STATED position that the President (which is currently Biden) can declare ALL of our defense documents to be personal.

Can you explain to the class how The New Yorker ran a July 15, 2021 article describing exactly what Trump was reciting in the audio from it 6 days later...on July 21, 2021. It is no longer classified being run in a public article... So how did they get the classified information for publication before Trump did.... Attacking another country ""Trump would insist on launching a strike on Iranian interests that could set off a full-blown war." "There were two “nightmare scenarios,” Milley told associates, for the period after the November 3rd election, "" is definitely classified information, no matter the Trump/Milley conflict.. Milley should be court-martialed for treasonous actions...

Buddy. Pal. Trump isn't even challenging the recording. He hasn't said it wasn't real. In fact, he's admitted that was him on the recording. And the publication didn't publish the classified information. They published the fact that he discussed it. Please learn what the word "treason" means before encouraging the execution of actual patriots, by the way, in order to defend your fake "patriot."

You've presented no reason that he should be. And you are the one claiming he's guilty. But I understand your desperation to avoid any kind of burden of proof. Meanwhile, Trump describes the document on tape: war plans for invading Iran. YOU claim that an OFFICIAL document, prepared for the President as part of his OFFICE, is somehow "personal." Bringing us back to your position that Biden call personalize ALL of our national defense documents and sell them to the highest bidder. That is, again, absolutely insane, but your position ABSOLUTELY REQUIRES this. Which is why you keep hiding from it. You know it destroys your arguments.
