An "embryo" is never considered a "baby", an "embryo" is only an "embryo" for the first 8 weeks of pregnancy. A ZEF is not a "baby" until it can survive without attachment to a host.

 

in my opinion, that is a moot point, since better prevention methods should obviate the need for an abortion; why not simply be ethical enough to promote and provide for the general welfare in that manner, simply for the sake of ethics, if not morals?
