Well there are many Turks in Turkey you know, we all have different opinions as individuals. We can call it it's a matter of politics but I'm not the only one who thinks that. You can consider it as my personal opinion anyway.

We got influences from Arabic stuff because of Islam coming from Seljuks and then Ottomans that's why they might think that. To be honest with you, I know how the majority of the Turkic peoples were Islamizated anyway.

I don't deny that we got cultural influences with you Arabs, but it's as much as Armenians, Greeks, Jews, Kurds, Persians, Caucasians and such. Just because the Turkish majority are Moslem it doesn't mean Arabs are "large contributors" to the Turkish culture. There are many who confuse each other, including our current government.

And I said "Don't take it offensive" to let you know I have no problem with your culture, it is one of most interesting cultures worldwide but afterall that's what it is.

"Turks are facinated by the Arab Culture, since they see it as one of the Large Contributors of their Modern culture blah blah"

Just wanted to tell ya, we're not facinated with Arab culture (except Islamists) nor Arab culture is large contributors to of our Modern culture. Our culture is enough for us. What you're speaking about is probably Ottoman culture and that's because of them having Islam as their "official religion", but not MODERN culture at least not large.

lol I deleted my face book 2 years ago and never went back.
And no I don't live in Iran right now. I'm studying business in Canada and after I finish I'm moving either to Iran or some country in the ME (if I can find a job in Iran then of course I'll go to Iran).
btw I like your wish but it won't come in this half of the century. As long as the West is in the ME we're not free to decide for ourselves (by we I mean the entire ME).
First Iran has to get rid of the mullahocracy and arab countries need to give the finger to the US. Soon hopefully (inshalla as you say <<lol I hadn't said inshallah in 5 years. It feels good lol)
