you claim anyone who doesn't buy into the swill you spew is "changing the subject". Your arguments are specious semantical games-such as claiming Keep and bear excludes ownership

True, the argue for the system we have. NOBODY argues from minority rule. We have a representative democracy were every citizen is represented in both the House and Senate.

  4. Bullseye replied to the thread Which parts of the US Constitution need to have a more modern interpretation?.

  5. Bullseye replied to the thread English 102: "...to keep and bear arms".

It absolutely is. "Keep and bear" is synonymous with "own". As desperately as you slice and dice the language you can't escape that fact.

  6. Bullseye replied to the thread English 102: "...to keep and bear arms".

You miss the point. The BOR is a guarantee of INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS granted to citizens. Keeping (owning) a firearm is an individual right as are the others.

. Not even close. Comparing CO2 production on. a per capita basis is fake. The climate reacts to total CO2 not how many people live within the geographic division they live in.

You understand what "per capita" means? It means China is pumping way more CO2 in the the atmosphere. AGW words on actual quantity not "per capita"
