You can't ban people for hate speech against a religion or race.

There are Vicious anti-semites here like Tehran Tim, Foolosophy, Sunni_Man, and GinnaRM.

Only Personal insult is illegal/infraction, not insulting religion, race, or nationality.

      Now that I look..
Did you mean the best Universities in NYC, or the much larger area/State of New York ?
Beacuse there are many Universites.. like YALE/Princeton that are closer to NYC than some upstate NY schools.

      Hi Çaka

      Best Universities in NY.

      1. Columbia (NYC, 'Ivy League' http://www.go4ivy.com/ivy.asp Very Liberal)
      - - - - - -
      2. Cornell - - (Ivy League)
      3. Colgate
(Colgate, Cornell, Syracuse, are Upstate 4-6 hrs North of NYC and much colder in winter)
      4. NYU (NYC)
      - - - - - - -
      5. Syracuse (bigger more sports-oriented campus)

and then many, many, more good colleges/universities (30?-too many to name).

NYU, where I live in NYC is among America's Most popular schools now because of it's location in Manhattan. The Dormitories are in great areas that would otherwise cost alot of money to rent.
The other schools rely on there nice Campuses and small towns.
Google them, or You can go to their websites by just typing in '.edu' on the end of their names.

One of my niece's graduated, Cum Laude, Colgate this past June. She could have gone Anywhere as #1/valedictorian at her High school, but Loved the beautiful Campus at Colgate. http://www.colgate.edu/

Well I am not a liberal in the American sense. I am fiscally responsible and socially conservative. I am libertarian in that I believe that gobernment needs to stay out of religion and the religious leaders need to stay out of govenment. And government needs to stay out of my life.

No. I don't believe the Kurds are one of the 10 tribes!

Kurds Tried to create Kurdistan in North Iraq, but Turkey won't let that happen. So long-time USA turkish friend sells out the kurds in favor of the important strategic ally; the Turks.. and we will probably create 'autonomous regions' in Iraq instead for the 3 peoples who should have NEVER been made a state.

It was only a British Error/Sell out to create 'Iraq' from these 3 peoples. Bowing to pressure from the Arabs who helped them defeat the Ottomans, the British screwed the Kurds (and Shia) and Gave this ridiculous conglomeration 'iraq' to a Saudi Prince.
      Same in Jordan.

Unlike the rest of Iraqis, Kurds have shown great ingenuity and created a thriving Northern Iraq with just a little help! Even before our invasion they [ALONE] were successful under our Northern 'No-Fly' zone.

They have shown they are a dynamic people fully capable of being a Positive and successful country.

'Kurdistan' doesn't have to be all in Turkey- or even ANY in Turkey.

Kurdistan could be made easily in the New Iraq, if Turks didn't invade. And other countries like Iran also conceding at least autonomy if not full 'country' status.

And perhaps giving Kurds in Eastern Turkey some autonomy (if not a country) would be a good idea without losing any territory.

Caka, while I do like Turks and Turkey, I do support a state for the Kurds.

How can one support a state for some Tiny Made up Arab Sub-group - a few million 'Palestinians', but not support Autonomy for a Truly separate people (ethnicity, culture, language) who are the Real Ottoman Break-up victims who really got screwed .... the World's largest (25 Mil+) ethnic group without a country; The Kurds?

"But when I see crying children on Tv it makes me sad. I am against to this."

So tell the 'palestinians' to stop the Intifada They started. No one has to 'cry'.
And stop watching al-Jazeera.. that's their whole Raison d'être: Propaganda video.

Caka: Why you say always a Kurdish state ?
Our south-eastern lands are not kuridsh land, Kurds came there in Seljuks and Great Selahhadin time, We Turks were there before them. . .

      Me: Why you say "Palestinians".
Arabs didn't come to the Holy Land (or Anywhere outside the Arabian Peninsula) until After Mohammed MILITARIZED/Islamized them in the 7th Century.

'Palestine' is a Roman name. Before that It was 'Israel'.. and JUdea.
