    I know, but he wants it to be even cheaper that it is, and that's the entire problem with why the TV series isn't being produced.

    3-D is nothing but a fad and a money grab. Most movies released in 3-D are completely lacking in substance.

    So are the tvs. Who ever thought of selling 3d televisions while the owners sat watching wearing plastic glasses, is a evil genius.

    meh, their actually coming out with 3d TV's that won't need the glasses soon. "no glasses" 3D computer monitors are already on the market.

    I like Star Wars as well, although I don't see the point in spending money on a re-release. I wouldn't mind doing so either, but I've got better destinations for my money right now...

    I'm not planning to go out and watch it.

    I was playing around with one of those Nintendo 3DS systems and that does not require glasses. I think you are treading in dangerous waters with those things. There is no way you can look at that for a measurable period of time without screwing your vision (specifically depth perception) up. That (*)(*)(*)(*) should be banned for kids.
