You mean the place people go to make a quick buck?

Then they can sue me, too.

Let's say that there were millions of people who wanted to cause you bodily harm. Now, you have some crazy looking poor guy from the ghetto telling 4,000 people your address and one rich guy who has tons of admiring fans telling 240,000 people your address. Which one is doing you the most harm?

it isn't wrong if it supports her agenda.... She wants Zimmerman to get lynched... and what's collateral damage.... That's an old couple anyways.... they will be dead soon enough, right?

IIRC, that case was an insane judge - most of them are. And, IIRC, the case was thrown out of court...... at least I hope to God it was.

This case is not about a pair of pants, but an innocent couple in their 70's who's lives could very easily have been in danger b/c of Spike Lee and the other cockroaches like him........

Putting up someones address online is very obviously wrong, but I don't see why he should be sued for it.

Are you aware that it is perfectly okay for anti abortionists to list the names and addresses of known abortion doctors on their websites? And that nothing is ever done about this?

If you go after Spike Lee, you go after them too, and everyone else who has ever given away a persons address without that persons permission.

If you had played a part in a malicious intent to hurt someone you didn't even know - you deserved to be sued also...... period.

Spike did not intend to hurt that couple, he (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up - like everyone does. Does not mean he needs to be hung drawn and quartered over it.

No, just sued. His actions had malicious intent and has caused/is causing harm to this elderly couple.

Lee should have thought for half a second about the consequences of his actions before involving himself in "regular people's" business. He instead decided to go the knee-jerk route and used his celebrity status to cause an innocent elderly couple to fear for their lives.

I'm going to take a random stab and say that these elderly people were already scared before this happened.

All joking aside, yeah they should sue away.

Oh, BS, Mak! You talk about Spike like you know him and know what he's thinking..... and he tho't the address he was retweeting was ZIMMERMAN'S...

He won't be hung, drawn and quartered - he just needs to be SUED! And I hope it's a big one.... that's what those malevolent (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)s need to be taught a hard lesson......

point is valid.... what Spike did was harrassment to start with, even if he really did post Zimmerman's address... But he screwed that up and now people completely unrelated to the case are getting harrassed and to you its just "my bad"

Now couple that with all these people who want to claim that 10 K bounty, and haven't gotten the update that this is the wrong address.... and you have two people who are scared to walk outside.....

    no big deal...

He will be sued because he has MONEY. The old folks want to make some quick cash and Spike is expendable. I cannot believe you support this selfishness.

Doesn't matter. If your "(*)(*)(*)(*) up" places other people in danger or otherwise imposes negative financial or emotional consequences on them, you are civilly liable for the damages, well, depending on the jurisdiction's specific laws, but the general principle applies.

go after both.... you're backpeddling though... at first, you tried to dismiss Spikes mess up as no big deal, just an honest mistake...

this harrassment causes real damages..... you can try to dismiss it all you want in order to support the intended agenda here.... but the fact you are trying to dismiss it shows you don't want justice for those who you agree with, only revenge for those who you don't agree with. You don't want justice to those who got wronged here, and you don't want real justice in the Zimmerman case... you want revenge, even when facts don't support your motive.

    you are pathetic and sad
