First off. This unfortunate incident is off-topic, and has nothing to do with this thread.

That said, I will agree with you totally. The Staff Sargent that went nuts and killed 16 Afghans was honorific, and the U. S. Government did not handle it very well at all.

I think you have touched on something about race that no one has addressed in this thread. I believe that anyone can get overwhelmed when confronted with constantly being in a foreign culture or around foreign people. This goes for Americans in Afghanistan as well as Muslims living in the United States. I believe it applies to all of us in the human species.

Like the Staff Sargent in Afghanistan, I can understand how you could form a negative impression of another race, especially in that bleak environment. I can see how someone would get psychologically overwhelmed while carrying a gun. I can understand how the Staff Sargent had some "straw break the camels back."

As Afghanistan is a war zone, and these were civilians, the U. S. Government has a responsibility here. This is very sad, and I do not think we have seen an end to these kind of problems.

The Sargent should get psychological help at U. S. Government expense. Clearly, the Government was not monitoring the mental health of this soldier. The families of those killed by the soldier should be compensated as best they can be. There should be a formal government apology from the U. S. Department of Defense.

However, this incident has nothing to do with the militant Muslim threat in the United States. These Muslims have been given opportunity to join us here, and they are more loyal to Islam than the United States. That is unacceptable. Many around the world would love to take their place here. Every pressure available should be used to force them to assimilate to the United States or be deported. We have had enough third world, Muslim bull sh*t!

Time to take out the trash, and western world governments are listening!​

consequences of launching a program to try to stop the rock throwing.

Based upon 8,432 viewing, I would say USMB Americans are aware of the threat of militant Muslims, especially if they live near a major U. S. city like New York or Boston. I am reminded of the old Boy Scout motto, BE PREPARED. If you see ANYTHING out of the ordinary, call your local police. 2,977 innocent Americans died at the hands of Muslims in the World Trade Center on 9/11, and they were back again at the Boston Marathon bombings. The U. S. Government does not have the ability to protect all U. S. citizens, so BE PREPARED!

I am certain that pretty much every christian living in the US is more loyal to their religion than the United States as well.

 

Religion is a soft demographic in the United States. Age, sex, income those are all hard demographics because you can pinpoint their accuracy. Is the Christian who goes to church only on Christmas day as committed as the weekly churchgoer.

The true test is this. Do you think that a Christian preacher could convince many Christians to blow up a skyscraper and kill 2,977 people? Muslim is not a "religion" it is a bogus justification of violence by a backward tribe from centuries past. They are uneducated in the ways of 21st century Western culture. They are a problem, and the Russians have the answer. "Treat Muslims like cattle and keep them on a short leash." Personally, I don't think Muslims can be DE-PROGRAMMED.

The point no one has discussed here is that either you or our, our friends of family could have been at that Boston Marathon bombing. So what does that mean in light of the last 12 years since the World Trade Center? It means 9/11 was not a single incident. These Muslim whack jobs are trying to kill us in the places we feel safest.

Today, I had lunch at the LAX restaurant as I was putting a client on a plane. As we were eating a man came into the restaurant looking strange. Suddenly, it dawned on me. I am eating in a national landmark, and a grubby looking middle eastern man has just entered the restaurant with a brief case. If this guy is a Muslim bomber, it is all over for me.

We as Americans should not have to worry every time we go out into a public place that whack job, Johnny Jihad is waiting around the corner with a bomb. When it comes right down to it, Muslims like to make us feel uncomfortable with weird clothes and noisy language. So, they either assimilate, and pass government security, or we dump them all back in the third world.

Remember, two of the Boston Marathon bombers had been on the no-fly list, and easily flew in and out of the country in spite of warnings from Russian intelligence. Folks, you are on your own when it comes to your personal security in the United States.​

This is a no-brainer, and thinking Americans understand this reality. This is our country. My family has been here nearly 300 years. Get the barbarians out of the United States, whatever it takes. Last week President Obama heavily increased the budget for domestic terrorism. How much more information do you need?
