Can't think of many, if any, mass shooters who didn't have diagnosed mental problems.

You mean movie theaters that don't allow concealed weapons? Interestingly a movie theater that had a mass shooting no longer bans concealed weapons. I wonder why?

I wonder if a lefty with a political agenda would attempt to politicize criminal acts to serve that agenda? :)

Sorry, master of the obvious here...assuming you are referencing your hometown theatre and considering the very recent state anti-firearm rights legislation, has the theatre, media or politicians/sheriff made any comments/statements regarding this change in policy? I do think about that shooting when I go to the movies. I only attend theatres where concealed firearms are lawfully permitted.

I certainly do. Unlike Americans who choose to condemn internal terrorism by terrorists but not US external terrorism by people sitting at desks, pushing buttons.

You're false assumption that the people still control the government is amusing. This government is so far out of hand, they no longer respond to the people unless they totally agree with drone usage, and invasion of foreign countries. This whole (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up mess is courtesy of an out of control government who will not respond to the Peoples needs.
The US government has isolated itself from reality. Everyone one is getting hit with sequestering except for the senators, congressmen, and a wide variety of overlords that haven't taken a cut in pay or benefits while reducing the rest of America to the lowest common denominator. They have built a wall of law enforcement around themselves to shield them form some really pissed off Americans.
Personally, it is hard for me to take in the world view when things are so (*)(*)(*)(*)ed up around here.

It might be amusing if there were mass demonstrations against the use of indiscriminate drone strikes. Are there?

I have no argument with the remainder of your post.

why ask me? Like I stated......I may not like what he's doing, but as far as my effectiveness as an army of one, it is limited. I have written my representatives over this, but as you can see, they have started using drones to spy on Americans on American soil.

This administration is moving so fast that it's like putting out a string of wildfires...just when ya thought you had put the fire out, a new one starts and the old one rekindles.............
That is why I don't have time for what's happening overseas. I have no more control over this than you do, but I can help here.

Good for you. But it's because Americans accept what happens with drones abroad and in fact probably support it by their silence, that the US government has taken it as a tacit acceptance that the same can be done within the borders. And they are right. There is no organised resistance to it as there wasn't to so many other impositions on the individual.

You can only expect more in the future and don't expect a future Republican government to dismantle it.

Well, since this is a mass shooting thread you'll no doubt take some comfort in the fact firearms are not being used to eliminate the targeted person, persons, group or groups.

Would you rather special teams surgically remove the mission target, even if firearms are used?
