That theory would not make it past the challenges in higher courts. Me thinks you are stretching it just a tad to make it come out the Fox way. In reality we will probably see this hit the courts and after a few challenges you and I can meet up again and see if the republican wish/parsing makes it past the challenges. PS: If it was a valid theory that Feds acted illegally it would go to court. If it doesn't even make it to court, then it would seem the legal arena sees no validity to the charge.

Did you scoop this up after Bundy's cows were grazing? It seems like bull crap but then that's the always absurd
and ironically named, Think Progress. Let's have a look....

1) Contempt of Court? The BLM should have to explain why, if Bundy is such an abject public enemy, who suddenly must be severely dealt with,
they have been letting the status quo rule the day since 1993. They obviously haven't taken their own complaints seriously.
So why should Bundy?

2) Threats to Federal Officers? Where are they? Where is proof a single verifiable threat being made? This charge is laughable
and it's hard to believe Think Progress wasted the time to add this to their little list.

3) Criminal Charges to Militia Members Who Brought Guns to Nevada? This all hinges on the condition that those bringing guns to Nevada did so
with the explicit intent of causing civil disorder. I'd like to see any court prove that intent. It simply doesn't exist

I can easily see the citizen soldiers being further disarmed. Tanks, artillery and mortars are likely next as well as the Air National Guard. Looks to me like the Government is preparing for war with the people.
