What is different however is how the coverage changes, or doesnt happen at all when the races are changed. Case in point, theres a Black Cop who swung like Holyfield at a student at the same school prior to this incident.

Not a peep about it, and noone seems interested in the thread about it here. Black swinging at Black? No interest. No racial strife to stir up.

 

I believe they learned from the Zimmerman trial that no one believes garbage like that.

I believe a law in the state about disturbing the classroom. That is irrelevant anyway. She was under arrest. At that time it is not up to her to decide that she doesn't agree. That is up to the courts to decide. You're not advocating for civil disobedience are you?

No, that's not what they have shown. If that cop hadn't gone all roid ragey on her, she'd be the only one getting in trouble. She may have still gotten in trouble after the incident even if all the attention was on the cop for what he did.

This idea that believing the cop was in the wrong for the way he acted means you think the girl wasn't acting wrongly has got to stop. These two stances are not mutually exclusive. Saying the cop can't act like an out of control animal does not mean you're saying the kids should be able to act out however they please.

I already said, as did someone else earlier in the thread that there is a SC specific law against disturbing a classroom setting. Before she decided she was above the law I am sure the deputy would have just escorted her out of the classroom, but once she decided that she wasn't moving and hit him a number of times then all bets are off at that point.

But that is the message that they are receiving. What they see is that all they have to do is not listen, and if an LEO puts their hands on them then the cops are always in the wrong. This female refused to get out of the seat with all the pleases in the world, how else was she to be removed if not physically?
