It literally says to kill any women who is raped within a city, because she was only raped because she did not cry out for help, since if he had done so, she would have been saved, and so any woman who is raped within a city wanted to be raped, and should be killed as a harlot.

Man, I want to like your post due to the analogy you made, but it fails to point out that no matter how tempting the bait and foolish the mark it is a crime. If I walk through a bad neighborhood looking like an easy target it makes me stupid, but the person who robs me is no less a criminal than if I looked homeless. Still their fault. Think of it like the fair catch rule in football. Doesn't matter that they're just standing there, asking for it, still can't tackle them. It's against the rules. So 4/5 for coming up with a good synonym; 1/5 for not knowing how laws work.

 

Most men would be attracted to a more scantily-clad woman (caveat, if she fell within that particular gentleman's sphere of what he finds attractive). Most men don't rape women. The strength of a man's attraction does not equal a rapist mentality.

That being said, a woman would be wise to not put herself in a questionable situation with less than appropriate and normally accepted clothing. One can attract a bad element by one's outward presentation. Psychopaths don't care about your 'inner feelings.'

Any young man who has sex with a woman is a fool if he doesn't give and get a commitment from the woman he is putting his penis into. Especially if attending college. BEWARE!!

Maybe a contract? "I (Woman's name) do hereby grant consent to sexual acts performed by me and (His name) from (Time or date) to (Time or date) and hereby swear to hold (His name) harmless from any sexual abuse claims"

Who are you trying to fool? I've been around the block more than a few times. It seems to be a common occurance at social gatherings where a man or group of men will be trying to get a woman intoxicated enough that they think their chances of having sex with her will be greatly increased. I've seen it happen time and again. I've even had to knock a few guys upside the head for such behavior. It is commom male behavior. Some of us are evolved beyond that mentality. Unfortunately too many men haven't. If you are worried that a woman will regret having sex with you and possibly accuse you of rape then perhaps you shouldn't be doing what you are doing.

If you don't want to be accused of stealing then don't be putting that candy bar in your pocket without paying for it.
