'My friends died,' heckler shouts. 'So did my son,' Joe Biden shoots back

Man who fought alongside the Kurds during their liberation of Manbij in Syria demands to know why Biden told them to leave.

Biden responds by referencing some phony "deal" that the Kurds never even heard of, let alone agreed to.

Democrat drones try to drown man out by mindlessly chanting "Hillary".

Meanwhile, the ISIS-supporting Turkish government is expanding its presence into Syria with the blessing of the western political classes.

P.S. - Biden's reference to his son has nothing to do with anything. It was just an attempt to distract people from the real issue at hand.

 

I think this says more about Biden than he intends. Yes, his son died, so why is he supporting the woman indirectly (or perhaps even directly) responsible for his death? The heckler has a point.

 

Classy move by Biden to invite him to talk after.

Contrast that with Trump screaming 'out!' at people and encouraging violence against people protesting his events.

 

I'm assuming you're making a joke but I can't find the punchline. Trump has never screamed nor encouraged violence against anyone much less those protesting his events. However the Democrats have indeed encouraged violence against Trump supporters at his events. The violence is coming from the Left.

 

It would have been even more classy if he had actually followed through on his offer.

His son died of cancer. Biden only brought that up to distract people from the issue at hand.

 

Except he didn't honor that promise apparently. There is nothing classy about lying to someone for political convenience, as the democratic nominee is quickly learning.

 

My mistake. I had confused him with someone else. Still, then I don't see what relevance the death of his son had on the conversation then.

If the Kurds had never heard of the "deal", why did they withdraw? they sure as hell aren't afraid of the turks.

My how simple such clustermucks are to fix when are when one hasn't got a clue about the long standing political issues of the region in question.
The turks and Iraqis hate the Kurds who hate the turks and Iraqis, yet the Kurds are kicking ISIS butt. Turkey had to eventually step up to do their part, after all they share a border with Syria and all and have a very restive, large population of ethnic Kurds. Seems the world is still suffering the aftermath of arrogant, ignorant map redrawing of the victorious ww1 european colonial powers.

 

He'll be waiting a long time, no doubt, because there is no way that coward Biden is going to explain why he stabbed the Kurds in the back to anyone, let alone someone who fought alongside the Kurds.

 

Not much of a fan of hecklers that won't shut up. He spent a determined period of time trying to derail and distract the course of a rally for Hillary at which Biden was speaking. It was not the hecklers event, to be driven by the hecklers favorite subject for as long as he chose to shout out. He used the death of his friends and loved ones as an entitlement to continue to do that, regardless of the actual topic of Biden' remarks in the rally. Biden reminded him that lots of people have deaths and grief. Some of them act like pricks and disrupt public events, some of them do not. Its just that simple. IMO, the people who traveled and parked to see Biden, deserve to hear him talk. Too much irony in worrying about Biden doing some distracting, when he was invited and doing what he was supposed to do.

If you have a point to 'heckle' about, make it short and quick and then move along. Let the rest of the folks listen to what they came to hear about the topic they expected.

 

Okay? Any comment on the actual issue that was being discussed, i.e., Biden telling the Kurds to leave Manbij after liberating it from ISIS?

 

Because Biden told them if they didn't leave Manbij and withdraw to the west of the Euphrates, they'd lose US support.

Except the Turks aren't stepping up and doing their part against ISIS. They've been supporting ISIS for years, actually. What they're really doing is trying to stop the Kurds from liberating more territory and connecting their eastern and western cantons in Syria. Fighting ISIS is nothing more than a laughably transparent pretext to crush Kurdish aspirations for independence.

Those at the Trump rallies are paid to disrupt. Sounds like this guy was upset because he lost friends in the Middle East. Biden's son didn't die in battle. Better to kick them out than LIE to them, but that's all the Dems know how to do.

I find it odd that you're more concerned about a heckler being rude than you are about Biden being a liar who callously used his son's death as a distraction.

Yea, the protester was talking about his friend dying while liberating a city from ISIS and Biden brought up his son who died from cancer.

Makes me sick to my stomach.

 

So I'm searching the internet, looking for any evidence at all that Turkish forces actually faced any resistance from ISIS in Jarablus. There is none. Even western media is quoting Turkish coalition forces saying things like, "There wasn’t much resistance at all from ISIS forces..."

And since when has ISIS just given up a city without a fight? Has that ever happened before?
