man ... simple questions to answer for you:

Is this school a private school ... Yes or No?

If Yes, look on the laws and rules for any private schools and what they are allowed to do order and demand!

West Point was a bad example form me, sorry. But there are a plenty of private military academy schools in the US as you know and they all demand to wear uniforms, correct? Are they then also not allowed to do so, when you deny this right to this private school?

 

I'm pretty sure they submitted a birth certificate when he was enrolled and it says it right on there M.

 

And is this a PRIVATE school for boys only = M? As far as I understood and know it is! So what is now the problem again?

 

And we segregate men and women in restrooms because of their BIOLOGICAL differences not their mental differences.

 

Some of these people are absolutely scary in how far into fantasyland they've gone and how much they need others to tell them how to think.
If someone like the APA was to publish tomorrow that it is not a Mental issue to think you are 10 people, some of these people would go right along with it, and tell the rest of us we're crazy.

But what IS the alleged bullying and harassment? Is it "your name isn't nikki, its nick and you're a dude"? Those are statements of fact as I doubt the kid has had the name legally changed and I know he hasn't gotten the block and tackle removed.
If its physical violence or some actionable thing like that, that's one thing. If its calling the dude a dude and nick not nikki, that's not harassment or bullying.

Sounds like you've never been a parent. To a healthy child, gender is a simple biological fact just like fingers or toes or any other part of their body. It informs them on how to use the bathroom. A normal kid, whether boy or girl,doesn't object to jeans and a tee shirt. Neither do they care much if asked not to klomp around in mom's high heels.

If it becomes a passionate or desperate identity issue, something is very wrong.
And it was probably made wrong by a perverse adult in the kid's life.

 

You do have knowledge of the matter.
A young child has been hyper-sexualized by an adult. That is a heartbreaking crime of molestation.
At some point, that kid will hit puberty and begin to get crushes - and that is the time when they will begin to identify. Until then, the kid should enjoy the freedom of innocense.

 

The first is tangible. Wouldn't you think it wierd to teach a child that a dog is really a cat and a cat is really a mouse? What chance for a functional life would that kid have?

Both, however, are tantamount to brainwashing. Get them while their too young to challenge the ideas. Some religions don't even wait for the kid to learn how to talk. Then you just keep reinforcing the idea throughout childhood. I think the same techniques are at work in both situations. We either condemn them both or accept them equally.
