I often refer to Trump's sons as Uday and Qusay but they are actually Beavis and Butt-Head

Butt-Head Trump is so intellectually challenged that he did not know enough to actually look the **** up. If he had, he would seen the similarities of the Nazi party to that of the current right wing and his grifter father in the worst ideologies of the platform.

The statements by the Democratic Party and many messages by Democrats on this forum could literally be speech writing for Adolph Hitler in the non-stop attacks against "the Russians" and against "the Jews" calling for them to minimally be starved to death if not outright destroyed and the cause of the greatest evils in the world.

It is NEVER "the Russian" government - but rather the racial/ethnic attack against "the Russians." Same for "the Jews." They never write "the Israeli government," but instead "the Jews" or "Israel" - attacking ALL Jews of Israel. Stereotyping Russians and Jews/Israelis as all evil and to be punished and destroyed are EXACTLY the same targets as Adolph Hitler's speeches in his rise to power.

I looked at each demand and prerequisite of the platform and from that perspective it was obvious that the least humane facets of the ideology aligns with the current right wing ideologies of the USA. And keep in mind that the worst aspects of the platform even further devolved into evil and insidious territory as time went by. In retrospect, it appears that the Socialist aspects, that are obviously more aligned with the current Democratic party, were never the problem. Also, fascism unfolds in increments and does not happen overnight and it is very disturbing that much of the groundwork was laid during Dubya's administration and continues now.

So what's the difference between the democrats and the nazis?

I've heard the basic argument from Dsouza and he makes some valid points. Both the nazis and democrats were/are in favor of strict gun control, government control of health care and education, They both believe in government control of business (hence the socialism), and of course the democrats aren't exactly best friends with Israel.

How are they different? Democrats certainly aren't nationalists, but then Nazis weren't exactly concerned with the sanctity of national borders, either. If Poland had tried building a wall, the Nazis would have been against it, just as they are against Americans building a wall.

I always thought that the clincher proving right-wing control over conservative thought was the denial of global warming. But this is over the top. In just a couple of years a rather large number of Republican voters went from seeing Russia with great suspicion to siding with Russia against other Americans.

How did that process happen? Do you remember accusing liberals of being Russian agents?

Wasn't one of the arguments that some conservatives used in their fight against ObamaCare that it would make us more like Russia?

And here we are today, conservatives seemingly looking to Russia for help in their bid to retain power. Makes the case even stronger, the argument that Trump's victory relied, in part, on Russian help.

 

National Socialists were socialists. There's no doubt about that. Socialists hate Jews and are big government. Trump likes Jews and hates big government, and socialists.
