I think they'll continue to torment him because it's such a target-rich environment. He seems to be trying to run down the clock and restart it in 2020 and do it all again until 2024 when he would hope that it all goes away.

Clinton was investigated for everything from skirt chasing to sleazy land deals from ‘92 till ‘98 finally ending up getting impeached for lying under oath about a consensual sexual encounter after six years of investigation.
