The issue here is very much state law. The US Constitution does not tell the state HOW to conduct an election, just that they must have an election.

You claim that the Secretary of State, who is bound by state law, changed voting rules(WHICH IS STATE LAW, NOT FEDERAL LAW ie. the Constitution).

First , you must PROVE that claim in STATE COURT. The ultimate interpreter of STATE law is the highest court in the STATE.

Second, FEDERAL LAW(Clause 2) directs the STATE to HOLD an election "in such a Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct" (which equals state election law as determined by the state Legislature and carried out by elected/appointed officials including the Secretary of State).

Third, once the OUTCOME of the STATE election is determined, FEDERAL LAW(the CONSTITUTION), kicks in and proscribes how to deliver the results to the FEDERAL government.

 

Yes, it's not up to you. You can file a lawsuit if you want, but it's not going to result in criminal charges, because that's not how our laws work. Unless you're a prosecutor for some relevant jurisdiction, it's not up to you.

Do you have an answer for either of these questions:

1) How many of the protesters entered the Capitol? You can answer as either a % or a raw number.

2) How long were they inside for? I'm looking for a start time and a stop time.

And now he issues another message claiming the election is over and the country must return to civic values and unity and he will ensure a smooth transition. His people at the White House should do the right Clinton thing - remove all B keys from the keyboards, writing anti Biden graffiti in the bathrooms, spread glue on the desks, destroy presidential seals, leave hate messages on answering machines and of course steal art and furniture.

I see a photo with a few dozen people. There were tens of thousands of protesters that day. Do we agree that it was only a minuscule fraction of the protesters that entered the Capitol or do you dispute that (with a photo of a few dozen apparently)?
