not prosecuting or charging doesn't change the definition of the word. Prosecution is at the discretion of the prosecutor. The events at the capitol are by definition, sedition. Whether they will be charged has no bearing on that.

 

I never claimed you couldn't file a lawsuit. I said I was certain it would get thrown out. You'll learn that after (if) you try.
