The fact he is an illegal alien, at best, brings into question the motivations (reflexively and unsupportably) claimed by the left.

He was in the country illegally at the time this crime occurred.

They had many opportunities, during his various interactions with police, to deport him. They had many opportunities, while charging him with various felonies, to incarcerate him. The salient question is, in light of the aforementioned facts, how was he allowed to remain at liberty in our peaceable society so that he was able to continue to victimize our citizens?

No. But it -does- have everything to do with enforcing immigration law.

 

I wonder if Pelosi's husband getting hammered by an illegal alien will moderate the left's open borders and sanctuary city policies. If so, that would be the silver lining to this story. The bottom line is that the left is 100% responsible for this attack. Without their policies, this attack would have never happened.

The newspaper also found that he was once registered as a member of the Green Party, which promotes environmentalism, social justice, and grassroots democracy.

Apparently CNN just learned about it and acted all surprised an illegal alien was living in SF.

 

DePape was well known in SF by LE and if SF wasn't a sanctuary city he would have been deported and would not have been able to hurt anyone. Are most democrats just dense or are they just disingenuous?
