Are you highlighting those that live on the fringes of civilisation?
So let me guess. Your perception is that the cities and suburbs don't have sanitation, am I right?

    It's more like 20%

"In rural Russia, almost two-thirds have no access to indoor toilets, 48.1 percent of whom use outhouses and 18.4 percent do not have a sewage system."

Amazing. All that work and not one authoritative or factual source.
    Fail.

It's because it's not LSM. Something you lap up, hey?
It's not because I failed, it's you sunshine, who failed. LSM doesn't cover these topics so yeah, you are ignorant of it all.

Actually I know of someone who is from Ukraine. He explained to me that even before the special military operation started people didn't use electricity because it was too expensive. Nothing to do with toilets, he never spoke of those, but because of the corruption, electricity was to expensive for the average Ukrainian. Pensions are a pittance, old women make homemade items and sell them on the street to make ends meet.

It's going to get a whole lot worse. Read today that Ukraine is 50% without electricity. They say if Putin continues bombing infrastructure Ukraine will be completely out of power by Christmas. Not sure if that is accurate. It's unfortunate the common people pay the price, while those in power go on business as usual.

It is unfortunate, as there are many innocent lives being tormented. What I understand is that the majority have some unfavourable ideologies that came to be after WWII. That set the precedence of what Russia is concerned with. The USSD, NATO and other globalists are using Ukraine as cannon fodder, to play their proxy war against Russia.

Since you don’t know what I read , you are spouting BS.

You failed massively because you offered up made-up material. Your “sources” aren’t sources, you just believe the slop they serve up.

Ignorant and gullible perfectly describe those who offer up your slop.

In all fairness Russian healthcare is indeed cheap given that the costs of shamans, herbs, roots, and berries is minimal.

On the contrary, it is you are the perfect "ignorant & gullible" specimen.
Here is a lesson for you.
Who and what do you think controls LSM? Do you think that they will use LSM to not tell you the full story and tell false narratives? You lap that crap up like someone who hasn't eaten for days. Besides all that, when you fail to counter what I claim and just prattle off slander, just goes to show who is the one that has no clue.
Time to pull your head in a give me a counter-argument other than just your weak name-calling.

    Made-up material?:roflol:
Only those who don't, won't and can't peak around the corner to see whether or not what they're being fed (LSM bullshit), because they're fearful their fantasy world will crumble.

Or Riga. I've been to your precious capital. It's quite :icon_shithappens: on the ride from the airport to city center.

Did you even read what you replied to? Again: what part of "two locomotives in three and half the rolling stock was American," is not sinking in? For every truck the Russians built, they got four Studebaker 2.5 tons. (And those were head and shoulders superior to the rickety, poorly-built Soviet heaps.) Claiming the supplies were "not decisive" is at odds with reality.

I get that you are a paid shill for Putin, but this is pathetic even by that standard.

    70,000 rubles...about $1200. A year.

70,000 rubles. About $1200. Less than a week's pay for many Americans.

    Russia is a third-world country. It's a well-armed gas station.

That's why they're creating a currency with Brazil, India, China and South Africa, BRICS. Soon to join the BRICS party is Turkey among others.

What makes you think the HIMARS is that hard to operate? It is an artillery rocket system. It has been around more than 30. years.

Who is left in the Ukrainian military? Not many. Who are the ones that have been in conflict with Russia in the very recent past, mercs perhaps? So who fires, maintains, supports, repairs & resupplies them all?

What makes you think very few are left in the Ukrainian military?

And how many do you think it takes to operate a few HIMARS launchers?

Pig and potato farmers (conscripts) don't count as military. And how many are willing to stand near a target, a HIMARS being one?
Three is what's required to operate one.
Don't forget all of the support positions that also is going to be needed to be filled.
I bet you're just focused on those who are just trained to drive and fire it, hey? How many are needed to maintain them? Send them back over the border so NATO and the US can 'service' them.
I should have been more clear. In the op "HIMARS", I was speaking generally. I should have been more specific. Who operates/fires them also means the servicing part too.

Last month, it has been reported that Ukraine lost 61,000. Ukraine had 196,600 active military in Feb 2022, before Russia's offensive.
