Federal judge rules handgun laws violate Second Amendment

People that drive people off cliffs use cars. The implication with the word "driving them over a cliff" pretty much means "car". All you're doing now is playing with words. My point still stands. According to the OP the State cannot lawfully enact legislation that prohibits adults (meaning 18+ years of age) from owning a gun. There are plenty of States that do prohibit people 17 and under from buying guns and no court has yet to rule such unconstitutional.

Obama wanted to ban guns-gun sales increased. all but a handful of democrats in the last congress voted to ban the most popular rifle in the USA. Democrats did ban (cosmetically) those rifles in 1994. Democrats banned the sale of new automatics in 1986 PURELY in an effort to derail and pro gun bill from passing. Every Democrat running for President in 2020 wanted to ban semi auto rifles. That is what drives gun sales, not RW pundits who ACCURATELY note what Democrats want to do

 

Age is still an arbitrary thing. There are "kids" at 16 that are way more mature and intelligent than some 23 year olds. There is no age limit on becoming a licensed pilot and what changes overnight when one becomes "of age"
