So no specific color is targeted.
Isn't that what many of us have been saying?

"members of religious minorities; lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) persons; persons with disabilities; persons who live in rural areas; and persons otherwise adversely affected by persistent poverty or inequality.""

... are you claiming there's no white people in these groups you listed? Is so, you can't be serious.

Oh so for whitey to be on the list they either have to be disabled or gay?

That's really your defense for racism? "hey whitey we will help you out if you are disabled or gay..."

    K

    https://thehill.com/homenews/admini...-about-bidens-racial-equity-executive-orders/

    "Racial equity"

    https://www.federalregister.gov/doc...on-and-accessibility-in-the-federal-workforce

This entire bill is designed to shoe horn in diversity over merit.

    Wanna try again or?

I don't believe your definition of racism. Those on the list I copied of yours is not even related to race. So, it's not my definition. It's yours.

No whitey's live in rural areas? Impoverished areas? Are you really serious?

Can you show me an example of white rural individuals benefiting from diversity equity and inclusion? Or are you just hoping that they get included in rural areas because the executive order was vague when it came to including white people...yet NOT vague when including everyone else?

It's your claim, you offer proof whites are excluded.

Based off of the dialect and how it's been used in practice over the course of the last few years...I'm sorry but I'm not seeing or reading anything about white people benefiting from a bill that somehow manages to specifically call out every racial group but whites.

So no. I do not believe you when you declare everything is fine because it may be possible for white people to be included in rural areas even though they are the only group SPECIFICALLY not listed in a bill that manages to go out of it's way to list every group BUT.

So you've failed at adequately defending that bill. Wanna talk about this nonsense?

    https://nypost.com/2021/06/29/biden...eral-workers-is-designed-to-humiliate-whites/

"On Friday, President Joe Biden ordered all federal agencies to ramp up workplace training on “systemic and institutional racism” and “implicit and unconscious bias.”"

Sweden is not a "very homogenous monoculture" , private ownership of guns is not allowed and crime rates are actually relatively high.

    Even this is wrong.

America used to be like that, but the Conservatives of today wish to destroy it.

I wonder what could have possibly happened to Sweden in the past few years that drastically shifted it's crime rates and demographics...

That's just racist. And no, I am not a "TrIgGeRed LiB" who just uses words detatched from reality, I am using words for what they actually mean and what you said is an obvious racist dogwhistle.

Sweden's "mUh dEmOgRaPhIcS" have not just changed "in rhe past few years", Sweden "always" had a very generous immigration policy.

Explaining the trend of incresed violent crime on immigration as such is misdirected. It is the government that has failed to protect the rights of its citizens and together with the intellectuals failed to assimilate the immigrants of the 2010's.

I find the above to be puzzling.

Sweden is 85% white with the next highest race being black at 5%. Ethnically it is 84% Swedish, with other European nations being second at 7%.

How are you possibly rationalizing that your above statement is correct?

First and foremost, Sweden does not engage in the same kind of pervertedness as America does that is categorising every newborn baby based on their skin tone or ethnic lineage. Thus you cannot really find statstics or numbers on this other than % of immigrants from European countries and % of immigrants from non-European countries. And maybe % of children with at least one European/non-Eurooean parent.

Secondly, a high concentration of "Whites" does not mean monoculture since there are lots of different ethnicities that are "white".

It is your job to prove none of the above listed minorities who are white are going to be excluded.
No whites get grants to attend Secondary education? No whites can receive job training programs.

It's you job to prove your claim. You opinion isn't proof. But your opinion is noted.

So you make that statement because 84% Swedish in your mind doesnt count as being a "very homogenous" culture? What percent would they need in your mind to be considered a "very homogenous" culture?

    Seriously?

Marginalizing non-white Conservatives is such a brilliant strategy. Will certainly make Republicans stronger.

In a way. I recall that there is actually more genetic diversity within African populations than between Africans and non-Africans (given a large proportion of our species evolutionary history occurred within Africa before small groups left in more recent history and colonized other parts of the world). It's just that traits you can easily see, like skin color, seem more important to many than they are.

The benefits of different perspectives means the solution for any problem is more likely to be actually considered, while a homogenous group of similar-thinking individuals will come up with a more limited set of options and be overconfident in their potentially suboptimal result.

Economically, one needs the perspective of persons similar to target customers. And in today's world, the entire world is a potential market, and so understanding as many segments of that world helps to better serve customers and retain their business.

The cost? Yes I think if there's no source of unity, then it's harder to get people on the same team. What values do we share? Team Greed seems to be historically what America has aimed for, but I wish we could be more of a Team Science.

Seeing as how it's the largest landlocked country that used to be part of the Soviet Union but is now central Asia, yeah he would look Asian since they're part of the Turkic people group.

What does this whistle you speak of sound like?

It may only be tinnitus, but if only leftists can hear these dog whistles it sure would explain everything.

And you don't assimilate immigrants. Immigrants want to assimilate. Otherwise they are not immigrants, they are settlers. The difference between an immigrant and a settler is that a settler takes their culture with them.

"Segregation has been allowed to go so far that we have parallel societies in Sweden. We live in the same country but in completely different realities," Andersson told a news conference."

Remember when everyone got triggered when Lauren Southern first flagged this issue and everyone told her she was full of ****, even though she had video evidence to prove it?

The problem is that Sweden went to hard to the paint with mass migration that they took in too many immigrants then they could integrate. See almost 20 percent of the their population now are migrants and well...a large chunk of people with vastly differing religion and values and culture. And now the problem can no longer be ignored or stats swept under the rug.

    https://www.macrotrends.net/countries/SWE/sweden/immigration-statistics

Reality is a bitch. Can't say we didn't tell ya so.

e pluribus unum is out of many; one. That's the exact opposite of diversity.

I wonder if SurferJoe has a nickel in his pockets at this minute. If he does not have a nickel, a dime, quarter dollar, half dollar, or even a cent will do.

Take a piece of U.S. coinage out of your pocket and look at it. It shows three U.S. mottos. Theses are "Liberty, In God We Trust, and E Pluribus Unum. If we could get the "Liberty" and the "In God We Trust" parts right, the E Pluribus Unum comes along naturally.

It pleases me to see white folks whining about 'diversity' after they decimated the native American culture & similarly impacted other non-white cultures around the world in their pursuit of empire-building riches & power. White folks have nothing to complain about.

    I did not decimate anyone.

U.S. Blacks have nothing to complain about. Sure for some blacks their great, great, great, and greater grandfathers may have been slaves at one time. But these ancestors of slaves who were set free by the USA are ultimately and infinitely better off than if they had been born anywhere other than within the United States.

History has a way of not going away. Rather than whining about diversity, white folks should simply accept the fact that their ancestral chickens have come home to roost.

So you're suggesting that if black people & their land was never invaded & exploited by white people in the past, they (blacks) would not be happy & content in their African homeland today?

They do have relevance in the workplace. There is something called a workplace culture. Different companies have different cultures. For instance, you used to tell who worked for IBM in the 1950s and 60s. today, you can still tell if you know what you are looking for.
