Another victim of the Liberal-controlled justice system....

Fanni Willis will soon have so many witnesses against Trump that she can afford to hold auditions for them.

Do any MAGAs still believe Trump will emerge unscathed from this trial?

Lollers felony to file false documents. They offered him a plea deal to accept a racketeering charge which he refused so they dropped it to felony to file false documents and offered him probation which he took lol

Must have been a super strong case for them to offer the plea deal and then offer him a better one the day of the trial bahahahah

It was a super strong case, that's why people take plea deals.

If it was a weak case (or even a non existent case) then he is an idiot (and his lawyer incompetent) to plead guilty to a felony. It quite probably ruins his law careeer.

No it doesn’t lol it’s Georgia. Which means after his probation it’s wiped off of his record. They offered him LESS than the mandatory sentence for the crime he was pleading guilty to. And when his probation is finished it’s wiped off his record lol And that was AFTER he rejected their racketeering plea deal.

He couldn’t get a better deal than that if he was Hunter Biden lol

Which is super weird since that racketeering case is so strong lol

Strong enough that he and Powell are now witnesses for the other trials to come.

Strong enough for him to plead guilty to a FELONY. He loses his right to 1A and to vote.

A felony has a big impact on a person’s life and if you live in Georgia, you’ve come here trying to find out how to get the felony off your record.

Realize that with all felony records, there are three options you can take.

    1. Expunge Your Record
    2. Seal Your Record
    3. Request a Pardon of Your Record
The problem though is that all states don’t offer all three of these options.

But before we get into what Georgia offers, let’s review what each of these options actually mean.

Are you claiming Ga just wipes away felony convictions?

That’s correct. It’s called the Georgia First Offender Program

    https://www.georgiacriminallawyer.com/georgia-first-offender-act

Once his probation is finished it will be like it never happened.

If the defendant successfully completes all terms of the program and does not commit a new crime during the process, they will not have a conviction. Furthermore, the charge will be sealed from your official criminal history.

Hence the stupid little letters she’s having them write lol Because once they’re done with their probation they don’t even have a conviction.

And might I add. The fact they offered him a plea deal which he rejected and then lowered the charges to offer him a sweeter plea deal means they don’t have a ****ing clue what he’s going to testify to in court.

Because they didn’t get that info when they offered the plea deal the first time. His lawyers didn’t go to them with information, the prosecution came to him to get him to not go to trial lol

Whether or not his conviction is wiped from his record, he will still always be the lawyer who pled guilty to election crimes in Georgia. You really think that legacy is going to help him further his legal career?

Only guilty people plead the 5th.

    Also innocent people plead guilty.

The right wing machine comes up with the wildest excuses.

Don’t forget the 5th, and they’re unindicted co- conspirators in the FED case.

I haven't seen anything about his guilty plea being eligible for the 1st offender program.
    It's not an automatic event.

    from your link...
Who Is Eligible for the First Offender Program?
There are many requirements in order to be considered for the program. First, you must not have been convicted of a felony in not just Georgia, but any state. Second, you cannot have already been sentenced as a first offender. Third, the crime in which you are charged must not be a serious violent felony, serious sexual offense, DUI, or related to child pornography.

Do You Automatically Get Into the Program if You are a First Offender?
No, it is not automatic. Your Attorney is responsible for informing you as to your eligibility for sentencing as a first offender. After that, you must inform the Court of your willingness to enter into the program and the prosecutor will determine if you are eligible as well. Ultimately, the judge has the discretion to allow first offender treatment for a defendant.

Don't you think before the plea deals were signed, the prosecutions got statements of important issues regarding the overall plans(s) to aide in other trials?

The 5th is self incrimination, yes?
    Not incriminating others.

Looks like all the MAGA members took the day of from this forum.
Are they all on truth social waiting for the leader to tell them what to do and what to say?

It is eerily quiet from the crowd of THE BIG LIE.
As is slowly dismantles into a crime.
