    Speaking of martial law. Why didn’t he enact that? There’s not a damn thing anyone could have done to stop him.

    And now that politicians are engaging in corrupt politics, their actions meet the definition that allows prosecution under RICO.

    Congress can enact the 25th Amendment. Trump would have to have been crazy as **** to declare martial law, and Congress was in the
    mood before Jan. 6th to have gone forward with it - and they would have the full support of the Joint Chiefs.

    Lols you think the Republicans in congress would have voted to enact the 25th?

    That’s like saying if Biden institutes martial law the Dems will vote for the 25th lol

    You’ll find out what’s wrong with it when it’s our turn to use it and you’re not blinded by your hatred for Trump. But it will be too late then.

    In fact I’m pretty sure Biden is going to find out relatively soon with his bribery. And Obama better hope we don’t find anything showing he had knowledge of and/facilitated/approved these actions when Joe was veep cause if we do, that RICO case is gonna slap.

    Which I’m pretty sure is out there somewhere. Because Joe didn’t get approval to deny aide to the Ukraine to help his crackhead son and himself out all by his lonesome. He got that approval from Obama.

    I guess we will see.

    I was confident the only way you all would get trump would be novel interpretations of old laws to try to entrap him into illegal activity that wasn’t actually illegal.

    Which is exactly what it looks like has occurred.

    How confident are you that Biden hasn’t done anything illegal? Cause I don’t think you’re actually all that confident. And if you are it would be a mistake.

    2. Yes…..their are fail safes for that. The military leadership has to accept the purpose for that, and they were the ones telling Trump he needed to leave peacefully.

    At this point, the Trump butt barnacles still clinging are opposed to certified democratic elections, our system of justice, personal freedom, science and medicine.

    His previous puckered toadies are disengaging at an astounding rate.

    I looked for it but couldn't locate it in a quick search, but I remember that Trump had floated the idea to the military and they said "no", along with seizure of the voting machines.
    I'll keep looking, but the president alone cannot declare martial law.

    We all are not all out to get trump.
    The justice system is working on leads that appears to be criminal.

    Case's are being formed and trials conducted to sort it out.
