Yes, Palestinians are not illegal immigrants, but the West Bank under the military rule and residents of the Western Bank do not have the same right as citizens of the occupying force. This always happens when one country occupies the territory of another country. With Palestinians there is another problem - Palestinians never had they own country - Gaza was under Egyptian occupation until 1967 and the West Bank was under Jordanian occupation.

These are war crimes done by Israel. The Jews controlling Israel arm those settlers. The Geneva Convention is rather clear that all them Israeli Jews colonizing the state of Palestine are illegal. The UNSC even made a binding resolution against Israel, demanding to remove their citizens out of the West Bank and East-Jerusalem. But Israel refuses, and makes their war crime bigger. This is the unprovoked attack that Israel with it's Jews are committing. They have forfeited their right of self defense because of that. Their war crime predates Hamas. And all the terror and murder is where you lot look the other way, while keep on voting the same nazi-like governments to go forth with terror, murder and colonization.

The Jews refuse to want peace. They vote and go forth with colonizing the state of Palestine through murdering and terrorizing the Arabs. They even have done so right after the signing of the Oslo accords and never stopped. This shows they never had any intent to comply with the accords / shows they never intended to have peace.

The Jewish government arms their colonists and together with their army and with total impunity terrorize and murder Arabs in the state of Palestine. That makes it so that the Jews are the violent oppressor of the Arabs. And this violent oppressing is driven by racism. Funny that you lot always just happen to forget about it for the sake that you lot can claim to be the victim. But you're not.

And than the Jews ordered to Arabs to march south, which is part of ethnic cleansing all of Gaza. A war crime.

That's genocidal and very much like Hitler. And so again a war crime. By doing so, the Jews have massacred far more civilians than the other way around. This is the reality how it always is going. Jews massacre far more civilians than the other way around. Jews have kidnapped people without a crime / trial in sight, with no access to a lawyer all the time. Etc etc etc. The Jews also got an active policy to deny the civilians of Gaza to get enough food, clean water and medical aid. That too is a war crime. The Jews have also massacred over a 100 people from the media. Some were even droned to death while on the job. That too is a war crime. Heck, even reporters without borders is dragging your government to the international courts over this.

How Jews massacred the hostages taken by Hamas, shows how this all works. They must have thought they were Arabs, and just execute first 2 of them at close range. One escaped. They tricked him back in the open, to execute him as well at close range on purpose. This is what Jews have been doing in the West-Bank for decades. And you're here to defend it all.

Israel is attacking a country who built its military in a manner that the civilians protect its military, Not in a way that the military protects its citizens. What blows me away is you consider Israel the war criminal when the Geneva Convention says someone who builds a military in the manner Hamas (Gaza’s government) has is the actual war criminal.

I Support Israel’s attacks and always will. To not allow them to target military operations because Hamas built it that way is to force Israel to continue to be attacked with impunity.

Oct 7th killed roughly 1200 Israelis. Pearl Harbor was 2900 killed and 9-11 was 2400 killed Americans. When speak of percentage of population it was a much larger dent than our big days in history were. They have every right to attack those who attack them.

The West Bank was part of Jordan who lost the six day war in which Israel won theWest Bank which is crucial to Israel’s security. Jordan doesn’t want the West Bank returned to them. Israel also won the Sinai Peninsula and the Golan Heights which it returned to Egypt and Syria respectively under a peace negotiation.

Jews did not colonize any global territory. Did the Jews colonize America? No. An example of colonization is the British in India.

Finklestein’s discussion confirmed Dershowitz’s point. All the violence that is and has occurred in Gaza is the responsibility of Hamas/Iran. Finklestein’s method of discussion is completely intellectually dishonest. He gives an opinion/statement and then finds some quote without context that agrees and implicitly claims that is proof. Laughable.
