So why didn’t he take the stand and deny it?

What difference would it have made? Neither party to this case can conclusively prove the merits of their case(if we don't believe in a he said/she said theory, which excuse me for being old fashioned and 'sexist', but I don't lol), it should have been dismissed for that alone.

In my opinion, courts are meant to resolve cases, and when they can't(or when the case doesn't reach a certain threshold, they should drop it). If Courts actually abided by this as a rule, we wouldn't be the #1 lawsuit country in the world(remember when tort reform was a big deal?)

The one positive to a post Trump world would be, with Trump gone, the left could actually focus on other issues in the country. Issues they used to have a stand on.

As well for violating prohibitions against Ex Post Facto laws

From Senator in NY legislator. Right before they passed the Adult Survivors Act that changed the law for ONE year only, getting rid of the statute of limitations that allowed Jean Carroll sue Trump for something that happened 28 years ago. After sending to all the Democratic Senators, 2nd on the list is Jean Carroll. The 'Adult Survivors Act" is in fact the lets get Trump any way we can act.

His denials of the accusations were entered into the court records. You know, the denials that cost him $80 million to make.

Here's a fun game, class.... EJC says she will use her award money on "something Donald Trump hates"

    https://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Culture/...million-donald-trump-hates/story?id=106751516

I suggest EJC buy Forbes magazine, then install Trump permanently on the list of one of the "400 poorest Americans" - Fun, if a bad financial investment

Perhaps try and get the cognitive test he took renamed to the Donald J Trump Memorial Cognitive Test? Include a question where the taker has to differentiate Nancy Pelosi from Nikki Haley

I open the floor to nominations...

No, the one positive to a post-trump world would be if repubs returned to putting country first instead of polishing turds for a malignant narcissist who wants to turn our country into a shithole dictatorship.
People will stop feeling the need to spout sophist bullshit in defense of a criminal who doesn’t deserve their adulation.

Well said.... I will say from a personal standpoint, the best thing about a current-Trump world is that I no longer have to spend any time determining who I will be voting for, at any level of elections.

I don't see that changing for many many years, if at all, in a post-Trump world
