Because he's not doing his job either. Ditto for the "judge." They should have detained these punks. Since New York is a sanctuary city, I guess they are not allowed to turn them over to ICE, but they should have put them in jail. Now they are free to come to a community near you.

Do you have anything more than this as evidence? Besides, the article didn't say Hochul said flat out they should be deported.

Thought I would add this in. By no means should all immigrants be judged by the actions of these individuals.
Most are honest people actually looking for a better life for their families, and history has shown that illegal immigrants are less likely that US citizens to commit crimes.
I think most Americans are willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. America is number one in the world at donating to worldwide charities.
These criminals in this case should have been judged harshly to protect those immigrants who don't.

 

We also allow the most immigration than any other nation in the world.

Well, but you see, the normal process when an ILLEGAL MIGRANT is arrested for violating a crime the local authorities notify ICE, who come and get the miscreant, and they take them to (usually) an airport and send them back to where they came from.

But the liberal collective decided that cities should become "sanctuaries" for ILLEGAL MIGRANTS where, you know, it becomes ILLEGAL to notify ICE when an ILLEGAL MIGRANT has been arrested. In fact, ICE will sometimes put a "hold" order on an ILLEGAL MIGRANT they learn has been arrested, and if it's within a sanctuary city/state, the system will ignore the ICE order and Instead they release them.
Both the City of New York and the State of New York are sanctuary cities.

So they a) didn't notify ICE and b) They released these miscreants so they could show appreciation for their new "country" with a salute.

Now. It is the job of the Federal Government to first secure our borders. In fact, it's job one, our security. And it is also their job to deport ILLEGAL MIGRANTS and otherwise enforce the laws of the country.
Says so right there in the book, and in the oath that your President and the governor or New York and the Mayor of New York took when they assumed office.

Which none of them have done, have they? Somewhere between 3 MILLION and 6 MILLION ILLEGAL MIGRANTS welcomed into the country since brandon took office say so.
Which is why Mayorkas is about to be impeached, and why Biden and the rest of the liberal snowflakes need to be impeached/run out of office.

And hopefully will be.

I just want to let everyone know that these illegal alien thugs aren't the only illegals committing crimes in NYC. Because I'm originally from the NYC area I read the NY Post every day and the illegals are committing crimes left and right. They're shoplifting, burglarizing, assaulting and stabbing people. Get this, the cops impounded a bunch of mopeds because the illegals would use them to snatch a purse from someone and then speed off, plus there's an organized pick-pocketing ring that's active right now. And if you watched Fox last night, you would have learned that fake IDs and Social Security cards are a hot item in Chicago.

 

She needs to do more than that. She needs to remove the sanctuary status designation from her state and get NYC to do the same thing. Then she needs to jump on Bragg and get him to actually prosecute criminal illegal aliens and turn them over to ICE when they get out of prison. After that, she needs to tell Biden to speed up deportations and get the illegals out of the country.

 

I'd imagine the crime reports by illegals aren't correct since they aren't arrested or prosecuted, at least not like actual citizens are. We have rules and laws, illegals apparently do not.
