I don't live there. Maybe police are handing justice the legal system doesn't. In that case, we should get the system straightened out so courts are empowered.

 

Geez, when it reaches out and touches the elite, they get upset. 30 years ago my uncle lived near Dupont Circle. He was in his 70s and carried a stiletto in a walking cane. Trump may be right about the feds taking over DC.

 

You honestly believe that they are going to go back to NY for their trial? Really? You honestly think that California is going to find and extradite them? They may find them but just to give them a Medi-Cal card.

No, we don't need these people here taking $50K/year from taxpayers to imprison them. Send them back. Keeping them here for any reason is punishing the American people.

 

That’s the way it is with most things in history. In Rome, when the empire was going to the dogs, the mint still turned out gold coins, but the small change the working people needed, was heavily debased and pretty much disappeared. Many countries repeated this pattern.

 

Illegals have more rights than United States citizens. They get free food (which some of them don’t like what they get because it’s not “culturally appreciate”), free housing, free phones and free debit cards. They don’t get hassled by customs. Any one who has had to wait hours in a line when you re-enter the country knows what I mean.

The illegals are the special guests of the Democrat Party, which is looking to get their votes, starting as soon as this year when they can help out with the voter fraud effort. If there are any states that have waved the voter ID requirements, they will be right there in line to vote for Biden and rest of the Democrat ticket. In New York City and other woke jurisdictions, they will be allowed to vote in local elections legally.

 

Yea, let’s let the tax payers pick up the tab to house them in prison which costs tens of thousand per year. Kick them out of the country, put them on a “never to return” list and get control of the border!

 

I think you're both on the right track. They should be charged and convicted, absolutely. Then, their DNA taken, and immediately deported back across the border from whence they entered (regardless of their country of origin) and then put on a "never return" list. They should be disqualified forever from entering the US under any circumstances, and if they do, THEN sent to federal prison for no less than 15 years. Perhaps Guantanamo would be a good place for them.

This would encourage legal immigration rather than border hopping and discourage our neighbors from turning a blind eye on the problem.

THEN we can focus our resources on enabling and streamlining LEGAL immigration so that their best and brightest can immigrate here in a reasonable amount of time and CONTRIBUTE to our country.

legal question (in case someone here happens to know). If someone in some other state got assaulted/robbed/raped by these 2 ILLEGALS could those victims sue NY/Bragg for not doing the proper thing and calling ICE or is all that already covered by law? Just curious

 

Deport them so that they can come back tomorrow? I would be in favor of prison, then deportation, to the Guatemala/Mexico border. They may come back but it won't be tomorrow.
