You can be inclusive and not do stupid things. Requiring people to accept stupid actions however will predictably result in backlash. If you really support all parties involved being smart, you should accept this, or alternatively convince us why tampons in a boys bathroom is genius

I'll try to unwind your confusion.
I think there are two genders, with a very small percentage of mixtures. I also think, theoretically, it is better to have boys in boys bathrooms and girls in girls bathrooms.
But, just because someone doesn't fit the way I think doesn't mean I have the option of harming them in any way. One doesn't have to agree with everything, they just have to be gracious enough to allow others to be themselves, whatever that means to them.
That is why these drag queens and LBGTQ+ people are sometimes being "outrageous", because they have had to hide themselves from others in fear of the way they are treated.
And your comments at the end of your post not only exemplify that, it seems to encourage that we should teach our children to do the same.

Why not put urinals in the girls bathroom for girls who identify as boys. That way they can play pretend without disrupting others. Come to think of it, it could also serve boys pretending to be girls.

The installation was a requirement of law. So we have a group of students who don't like a law and have destroyed property to protest it. Or, they just wanted to destroy something. Either way, apparently the destruction of property in protest is acceptable by the same people who continue to rail against the destruction of property during other protests. Further, the destruction is roundly supported by those who saw nothing wrong with the destruction of property on 1/6.

What "same people"? High school boys? I didn't realize there was an epidemic of high school boys destroying property and saying others should not destroy property, only them.

The property they destroyed didn't belong to the confused individual who wanted to use that restroom, it belonged to the school district. Boys aren't girls and girls aren't boys and normal isn't wrong. Those are acceptable facts.

I don't think you're getting what I'm saying. One doesn't have to agree with everything, but what we need to do is respect the differences. Respecting something isn't necessarily agreeing with it.
So, in 3rd grade where reading glasses are not "normal" because most 3rd graders don't need them, is it ok to make fun of the one that has to, just because they aren't normal?

If there is a student that is female that looks like a boy, and everyone thinks they are a boy, it would cause a lot more turmoil and attention if that person uses the girl's bathroom, and usually they want to avoid turmoil and attention.
And it's been happening for a long time, we just don't know about it because of what I just stated.
