So, if you stop "encouraging" then suddenly they stop wanting to be opposite sex? About 1.4% of school age kids are like that, and IMO most will snap out of it before they opt for anything that can't be reversed.

 

That's easy to say by ANYONE that was given the gift of life.

Its probably best if kids that age didn't try to produce "gifts of life", because that's a problem in itself.

 

If we've learned anything over the past 10-15 years its that vandalism is a perfectly OK form of protest. BLM riots, throwing paint on precious one of a kind paintings, gluing oneself to pavement blocking cars on roads and freeways, and yes...Jan 6. The world is full of dicks.

Oh and as far as what I would teach my kid? I'd have giving him a high five...and then scolded and grounded him.

Sorry, but there are several things that I for one would never accept. And I would hope that you wouldn't either. For instance, the killing of innocents, marrying 10 year olds, having sex with anyone under the age of 16 (within a certain age limit, otherwise its 1 just to name a few.

Mind showing who saw nothing wrong with destruction of property on 1/6? I've never seen anyone express that they saw nothing wrong with the destruction. At most its ignored due to other issues. Issues like whether it was a "riot" or an "insurrection".

I was simply saying that this was a destruction of property. Perhaps it was the boys wanting to protest, or simply just boys wanting to destroy something. But if they just wanted to destroy something, there are plenty of objects in a bathroom they could destroy. So we are left to believe that it was the dispenser that inspired them to destroy it.

Simply because certain destructive actions are in line with your beliefs, supporting them suggests that your disgust regarding destructive actions is conditional.

 

If you talk to Muslims about this, no, this is not what they all believe. And it isn't like the Bible has any laws regarding age of consent.

There ya go again! Can you lefties make it through one sentence without being disingenuous? Where in ANY of my posts here did I say I support their actions. Just because I think its dumb to have those in a men's bathroom doesn't mean I think anyone has the right to destroy it and should not be punished for those actions.
Does sneakiness and spin every get tiring? sheesh!

 

Normal is easily defined and confusion isn't a normal state of being. While I wouldn't advocate destroying something that doesn't belong to you, I would understand the risk of it as the result of trying to force an unacceptable social issue.

 

It is difficult, as a society, to establish law with regards to many things. For example, in most states if you are over 21 it is illegal to have intercourse with a 15 year old. But, in the past history of the world and even today in some countries, it is acceptable. In fact, a long time ago in the past as soon as a woman started ovulation, they were ready for breeding. We evolve, and the expectations and norms change.
Fast forward to today, and there are some women and men who identify as the opposite sex. I don't get it, but that's not the important part. It isn't for me to "get".
As long as they aren't harming or involving another person, if they want to identify as something else, why should I pass judgement on them? So, live and let live.
It doesn't cause any harm for there to be a tampon dispenser in the boys bathroom. Pass by it and do your business and leave.
I find most religion illogical and annoying. I find supporting Trump to be illogical. But I do respect the right of others to make their choices no matter how "dumb" I might find it.
