He didn't betray anyone, especially not our country. As for the deadbeats, he just called them out and not all of NATO. The ones that are squealing the loudest are the ones he's talking about. The rest of the alliance should be glad and supporting him.

He didn't say that, pretty much said we aren't going to.

That’s a valid argument but that is not the argument Trump put forth. He argued Russia (an enemy state) should attack them (an allied nation)

Trump has never subscribed to the notion that some things should be left unsaid. He is his own worst enemy.

No, I'm a Trump supporter and I don't believe I will rethink my support. Sorry.

European countries are some of our biggest trading partners - threatening them is just stupid bluster.
This is crazy. Biden is senile. Trump is insane. And the two Parties think that this is the best we can do?
This is where we're at. We just keep lowering the bar because one party or the other is "worse". We
    really have become that stupid.

A war in Europe involving NATO and an aggressor, or multiple aggressors.

If they're such great partners, they should step up and kick in their agreed upon share. We're not their babysitter.

Trump isn't trying to break up NATO. He's trying to make it stronger.

We guaranteed the Yooks that if they gave up all the nukes that the Soviets left behind, so we kinda owe them.

The Left's biggest motivation is to kill Russians. They hate Russia , now. But if Trump hadn't gotten elected in 2016? Yeah, Ukraine would be up **** creek without a paddle because the Democrats would never do anything to piss off the Russians.

If any NATO country doesn’t pay their fair share why should American troops die protecting them?

Donald Trump has said he would “encourage” Russia to attack any of the US’s Nato allies whom he considers to have not met their financial obligations.

The Joe Biden White House immediately rebuked the former president’s comments, saying in a statement: “Encouraging invasions of our closest allies by murderous regimes is appalling and unhinged – and it endangers American national security, global stability, and our economy at home.”

Jens Stoltenberg, Nato’s secretary-general, also lambasted Trump’s comments. “Nato remains ready and able to defend all allies,” Stoltenberg said in a statement.

“Any suggestion that allies will not defend each other undermines all of our security, including that of the US, and puts American and European soldiers at increased risk. I expect that regardless of who wins the presidential election the US will remain a strong and committed Nato ally.”

Trump encouraging the Russians to attack NATO members.... Isn't that the very definition of a traitor?

Our allies are watching the US with great concern.

Will there be enough voters to make this madman POTUS again?

Maybe this is Trump's way of getting NATO members to pay up and stop mooching off of us. Russia is in NATO's backyard, so pay up.

I truly want to understand if his followers and diehard supporters feel the same. Do they want to see Russia invade these countries as well?

Now, wait for the justifications of why Trump's statement wasn't bad.

Trump and the MAGA admire Putin.

He's a strongman who doesn't tolerate dissent, he's a conservative, he rules his country with an iron fist, he's tough on LBGTQs, his country has become very militarized and religion plays a big part in his politics.

The majority of MAGAs would rather have a dictatorship under Trump than a democracy under Biden.

So they want the US to become a kind of Russia in North America.

    Ignorance kills.

Pointing fingers is a pretty good way to determine who needs to be conversed with, and from where I stand its not anyone who is going to spend much time talking to me. You know where the problem lies here and you know who made it, whether you can admit it or not.

Encouraging an enemy to attack your allies is trying to break up the alliance. I understand tha tyou either cannot understgand that or are choosing not to, but that is what he is doing and he is doing it because he knows his supporters are fine with that.

If enough Trump supporters vote for Biden or whoever else the Dems put up at the election it will work. That is a choice for you & other Trump supporters to make.

He didn't encourage an enemy to attack.

If anything, the failure to kick in their membership dues by 24 out of 31 countries screams to an aggressor that NATO isn't ready for a major conflict.

Trump is trying to strengthen NATO. Anyone with a brain can figure that out.

I'm not voting for someone anti-gun, anti-Constitution, open border commie and that's all the Democrats have to offer.

What are y'all going to do if Trump wins? I predict major violence, maybe even a civil war.
