Is it NOT obvious what’s going on? Creating a temporary law only in NY specifically to allow a woman to sue Trump for rape well past the due date? Was that racist? I don't know about that, but it sure was stupid, because he accidentally admitted blacks have been pushed around, which goes against the populist narrative where whites are the victim, not blacks. He'll probably try to walk it back soon.

No, I don't think so. What he said is a talking point frequently made by them. He's equating being black to being mistreated and unfairly attacked by the justice system. They do that too.

I actually don't find that very racist. It's more him saying Trump is racist, so if you are black, it makes sense to vote Biden.

Biden's more obviously racist slip up was when he said "poor kids are just as bright as white kids". And even that isn't all that damning.

I am not convinced that either Trump or Biden are racist. One is a senile old man and the other is a narcissist. That's enough to get me to oppose both for being a world leader.
