Special Counsel Robert Hur says Biden 'willfully' kept classified documents but won't be prosecuted

Biden and Pence did not lie about having documents or try to hide them. (Those in the President's possession were fifteen years old,)

As Republican Hur concluded, "the evidence was not strong enough to charge him with crimes,"

 

Biden did lie about having documents... and did hide them for 7 plus years..... these documents were located in 9 different places.... in unsecured locations without any security measures and constant flow of unidentified people having access..

Biden lied about finding the documents at Penn Biden in November 2022... when Dana Remus and Kathy Chug were going through the documents in May.... 6 months before the November lie... it may well be there was knowledge of the document back in March 2021 as Tomasini was there...

Republican Hur never opined that "Biden is too old and senile." You made that up. In any event, he is not qualified to assess anyone's mental competence.

The crime was having documents that were restricted and both of those old guys did that. One got caught and the other one panicked and fessed up.
