Then you should contact Trump. Because his exhaustive efforts, conducted by paid researchers and the DoJ when Billy the Bagman was still AG, to find and prove significant voter fraud have failed to find any.

Didn't I already say it is rare? Didnt I say it undoubtedly exists more than has been discovered? That should have made it obvious I am not claiming to have data showing how many. Your question is therefore disingenuous. You already know my answer. If you want to state "but there is no data proving how many" or something to that effect that would be a legitimate retort. Disingenuously asking a question that you know the answer is just being obtuse.

While I did not necessarily say it is "easy", it IS occurring in states with motor voter registration. That is the mechanism that would make it possible. While going to register to vote separately would require clear intent of trying to get on voter rolls illegally, simply checking a box to be registered (which is what motor voter is) when getting your drivers license could legitimately be argued to be a simple mistake, especially for someone not overly familiar with the English language.

What we knew then and what we know now are two different things. The extent of voting fraud was so extensive, there was ZERO possibility to contest in time for certification. As a result, Barr recognized there was no avenue to overturn the results. And there wasn't. And there still isn't. That is spilled milk. Why though, do you so vehemently oppose fixing the voting process?

I'm skeptical. Are you investigating voter fraud with Scooby Doo and the gang? Was it old Mr. Dithers causing the voter fraud?

States can choose who is allowed to get a driver’s license since there are no federal rules on issuing them.
But those driver’s licenses do not grant a person citizenship or the right to vote in federal elections, either. Some of the state laws even make it clear that the licenses alone cannot be used for voting, or that they are not valid or accepted for “official federal purposes.”
The process for undocumented immigrants to get a driver’s license varies by state, and can take months or even years. Undocumented immigrants generally need to provide a foreign birth certificate, foreign passport or consular card as well as evidence of current state residency, the NCSL says.

all voter registrations have to be turned in, even if it's Mikey mouse... why, cause without that law, one party collecting registrations could toss the other parties registrations, they are not allowed to decide if one looks fake and toss it

registrations are not actual voting though, both side would catch that

I've commented on this many times and don't wish to repeat myself. Don't just assume you are correct without actually taking the effort to look into it.

I have other threads which include much more about what I found. But this should give you some info.

You haven't taken the time to investigate it yourself. Likely because you don't WANT to know the truth. Certainly not to the extent required to do your due diligence and look into it first hand as I did. So your OPINION on the matter carries no weight. I have looked into it as detailed above. There is little doubt 2020 was a mess and things need to be fixed going forward for ALL of our sake.

I can go right now, from a computer and within the hour have 15 mail-out ballots sent to your address. No ID, different names, same address, all with the same PIN # 0000, or 1234 and all you would need to do is drop them off anonymously at a ballot box. I could write a bot which would automatically click on the appropriate box/fields and have it likewise request hundreds of ballots. No verification whatsoever. Sure it is illegal, but there is little chance anyone would be prosecuted for it. They don't even TRY to look into it.

Many counties in Nevada and Arizona had 150% of the population census vote. Major counties. At the Univ Georgia in Athens they had 30,000 student ID's requested after student ID's were considered a valid form of ID for registering for mail-in ballots. They only have 10,000 students. Sure enough, more votes in Athens and Columbia than they have residents. Getting a student ID doesn't require anything. They have 18 year olds who work at the student union to get a break on tuition. They couldn't care less who you are or whether you are even a student.

It looks like GOP claims about illegal immigrants voting is another fabrication.

I think that you do not understand what motor voter means. It means when getting a drivers license, if you check a box it will take your address and register you to vote, and there is not a citizenship verification that occurs.

I gave you link discussing some people who have been illegally on the voter rolls for years. I am not claiming this to be a giant number (that we know about) but there is no argument as to whether it occurs. You seem to be arguing that it does not. It does.

As such, common sense rules should be in place to stop this occurrence. I dont see what there is to argue.

I have no idea what point you are trying to make. Who said or even implied anything about tossing registrations because someone looks fake?

And I showed that illegals have to go through a different process. My argument is only that it's nowhere near the issue some believe it to be and that it's not as easy as checking a box for illegals. They go through a different process.
Since there is nothing to argue then cheers. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Yes. I am citing FIRST HAND what I found. Not some link to a google search, designed to filter and discover some other ill-informed internet post which agrees with whatever loony position one wishes to provide thinly veiled support. And I am telling you exactly how to do it yourself like I did. No need to take my word for it. It is an important situation. If you are American I would think you might be willing to take a few weeks to see for yourself. Otherwise, you have no business running on about something you don't care to educate yourself about.

    Are you sure?

"Mr. Fullerton, who is still a citizen of Grenada, is one of 19 North Carolinians the federal government indicted last month on charges of illegal voting. "

Are Democrats on board with proactively keeping our state and federal elections decided by United States citizens? Or not? It sounds like not.

The 13 localities that do allow non-citizens to vote are Democrat run. So I can see why the Democrat Party wants to keep the frame-work open to allow future non-citizens to vote in state elections. It is good that Trump and Johnson are being proactive.

What do you mean go through a different process? Do you mean to get a license? What you actually said was...

"States can choose who is allowed to get a driver’s license since there are no federal rules on issuing them.
Undocumented immigrants generally need to provide a foreign birth certificate, foreign passport or consular card as well as evidence of current state residency, the NCSL says."

-Of course states can choose who is allowed to get drivers licenses, nobody has argued otherwise. This issue varies by state, obviously.

-Of course the license alone cannot be used for voting, that is not what motor voter registration means. You seem to be operating under a faulty assumption as to how this works. It varies by state, but it is basically a check box when filling out the license that will use your information and automatically register you to vote. There is not a need to prove citizenship with motor voter as with other avenues for registering to vote. Therein lies the problem.

-Putting in place reasonable rules to prevent this from happening is a logical action.

-Whether it takes months or even years for an illegal to get a license, and regardless of needing to show a foreign passport etc, has no bearing on this discussion. We are talking about the rules in place when someone DOES get a license. You are arguing against points that have not been raised.

Once again republicans can't see past the next election. The democrats aren't trying to allow illegal aliens to vote. They are counting on illegal aliens to be fruitful and multiply, so that their spawn can vote in 18 short years. If republicans wanted to do something to counter the game the democrats are playing, they would work to remove birthright citizenship in cases where neither parent is a citizen, or either parent is an illegal alien.
