Which is why they need to be processed and assimilated or sent the **** home.

Something the "republicans" in my 73 years have never wanted to do because their constituents depend on what amounts to slave labor of the illegals.

I put it out there straight. I know how to calculate the statistical significance, do you?

If you have a list of 1768 people suspected of ballot box stuffing and you randomly choose 3 what is the statistical significance? Over a 30 day period you find the 1st has indeed inserted almost 3000 ballots, the 2nd has inserted over 1900 ballots. Examining 3 days of the 3rd resulted in almost 150 (it was in the 130's). What does this mean statistically? I acknowledged it doesn't meet the 20-bar of statistical significance, but it is significant.

Close to zero; 0.00169 to the fifth digit.
It doesn't mean anything, statistically or otherwise because you've given no source for your data.

Statistically this means the average number of ballots stuffed by each of the 1768 people is ~2083 over a 30 day period with a margin of error of 957. What this means is there is a 95% likelihood the average number of ballots submitted by each of these 1768 was between 2048+957=3005 and 2048-947=1101. Even taking the lower of the two, it dwarfs the margin of victory (which was less than 12,000 in Georgia). No one will ever know whether these fraudulently cast ballots were for Trump or Biden. I fully acknowledge that. It is exactly the defensive argument I get from many of my Democrat colleagues including personal friends, representatives and senators. So, in the end nothing can be proven, though I think it unlikely ANTIFA and BLM (likely sources) were casting votes for Trump. What it does prove is there needs to be A LOT of integrity restored to the voting process. These results mean NO ONE can have confidence in the election results.

The margin of error is quite high (+/-957 from an average of 2048 ) due to the very small sample size which was 63 days total out of ~53000 days. But even if the actual value is at the bottom of the 95% expectation this is very concerning.

Uhhhh, I personally watched the videos of 3 people repeatedly visiting ballot boxes hundreds of times inserting multiple ballots into the ballot boxes on each visit? Ballot harvesting in Georgia is not permitted. You are only allowed to submit ballots for your immediate family member and even then, only if you are their caretaker. I doubt very seriously the woman who inserted 3000 ballots in 30 days was a caretaker for 3000 siblings.

Looking at Maryland's "State Board of Elections" site:
To register to vote, you must be:

    • A U.S. citizen;
    • A Maryland resident; and
    • At least 16 years old*.

you cannot register to vote if you:
    • Have been convicted of buying or selling votes;
    • Are under guardianship for mental disability and found by a court to be unable to communicate a desire to vote; or
    • Are currently serving a sentence of imprisonment for a felony conviction

In addition to basic identifying information, federal law requires that you provide on your voter registration application a Maryland driver’s license number or MVA ID Card number or, if you do not have a Maryland driver’s license or MVA ID Card, the last four digits of your social security number. Your application will NOT be processed unless you provide this information or affirm, under penalty of perjury, that you do not have a Maryland driver’s license, MVA ID Card, or social security number.

To get a Maryland drivers license

    • Your parents or legal guardian. This may not just be an older friend. One of your parents must be with you to sign your application.
    • Proof of identification. You may take a U.S. Passport, or a birth certificate together with a social security card.
    • Proof of Maryland residence. You need to bring two forms of proof of your residence in Maryland. This could be some combination of utility bills, canceled checks with a printed address, or bank statements to the address.
    ############################

So it appears to me that you do have to prove citizenship somewhere along the way.

Did you even read my post? No you didn't. Why must I repeat 10 times? In Maryland when I registered to vote in 2020 I had just moved there. I didn't yet have a MD DL and when I tried to get one they informed me they were closed for 6 months due to COVID. I finally met with the Registrar after she repeatedly missed several scheduled appointments. She told me I could do it online and gave me the website. I went home and STILL wasn't able to register because it asks you to enter your MD DLN. So I had to schedule another meeting with her. She of course missed several more appointments. Eventually I spoke with Elijah Cummings who was a friend of mine. No clue who he called, but it got the job done as she was calling me prior to the last appointment letting me know she was expecting me. She couldn't have been more helpful after that.

She explained to me when you go to the voter registration website if you don't have a MD DL then there is a checkbox you can select. The checkbox isn't labeled in anyway whatsoever and isn't in close proximity to the MD DLN field. If you select that checkbox, when you go to submit the entire form and leave the DLN box blank it will pop up another window allowing you to enter in a 4-digit PIN in lieu of a MD DLN. It is supposed to be the last 4 of your SSN but they don't cross check it (the registrar told me this). That's all you gotta do to get a mail-in ballot sent to you. You can enter 0000 for your 4-digit PIN, a name and address and wallah you will receive a mail-in ballot. You enter that same 4 digit PIN on the ballot when you send it in. Simple as that. In other words, while it is supposedly illegal there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING preventing anyone from requesting as many mail-in ballots as they can come up with different names for. No identification of any kind is required to register and receive these ballots. Sure it is illegal to cast such ballots according to the statutes, but there is NO ONE verifying identification of ANY KIND. Combine that with the added insecurity of being able to submit these mail-in ballots at any one among hundreds of ballot drop-off boxes 24/7 with NO ONE providing any additional form of security at the ballot boxes and you can see how wide open they have made the voting process. When I went to drop off my ballot in the box at 1 AM I had to wait 10 minutes while another guy dropped off a REEMs worth of ballots. I asked him why he was inserting so many ballots and he said, "It's okay, I'm a ballot harvester". I didn't know what that was at the time. Needless to say, the recent changes to the voting process has made it so insecure a 3 year old could figure out how cast hundreds upon hundreds of ballots with literally ZERO chance of being prevented or caught.

Well now you know better. The fact it is against the law doesn't mean squat if you can register 500 different voter names from the anonymity of the internet with no identification verification, request 500 mail-in ballots all with the same 0000 PIN, and then submit those ballots anytime day or night at 100s of different drop boxes over a 30 day period. Of course you can go look up a statute which says it is illegal to vote if you don't fulfill requirements A, B, C, or D or vote more than once. But that doesn't mean they haven't made it so incredibly easy to do just that with no real security, verification, or ability to get caught as to make the process ridiculously insecure. It is as if they were BEGGING ne'er-do-wells to subvert the voting process.

A point of note is I just checked the same website so I could provide you an image of the form and circle the checkbox which if checked precluded having to enter a valid MD DLN. The website has since been upgraded. In order for me to proceed to that point in the registration process it now requires me to certify I meet the requirements before getting to that portion of the registration process. Not a big deal, I would just have to answer yes I am eligible to register to proceed. But, I wasn't doing so to actually register and I no longer live in Maryland so I'm no longer eligible, I was just wanting to get to that point and capture a screen shot. Being someone who doesn't knowingly break the law I didn't proceed further to see if it was still in place. I wouldn't recommend you do so either. The original registration website in 2020 may have been hastily created due to COVID and therefore wasn't "ROBUST". Even if this was the case, have they gone through the roles to see how many of those who registered with the old website were valid to scrub the roles? I doubt it.

I get that you, more than anything in the world, want to prove the election was rigged. But having worked in many elections I know how hard it is to introduce fraud. You’ve bounced from one State to another. And in thx end mimic Rudy Giuliani, you have lots of theories but no facts.

As Fani Flails, GA is Trump Country.

Judge Upholds Georgia's Voter Citizenship Verification Requirements
    [IMG]
‘Ensuring that only U.S. citizens vote in our elections is critically important to secure and accurate elections,’ Georgia’s Secretary of State said.

    Leftists Lose

'A federal judge has dismissed a legal challenge to Georgia’s voter citizenship verification requirements, keeping in place the state’s process of cross-checking citizenship status to determine voter eligibility and handing a win to election integrity advocates.'

Too many Leftists hate election integrity because it makes it harder to steal elections.

If Republicans were the ones winning by cheating, Leftists would be all for election integrity.

'Mr. Raffensperger argued in his motion that “any arguable burden on this small group of people to demonstrate they are now citizens is minimal and does not go beyond the ‘usual burdens of voting’ because it can be resolved as simply as showing the same photo identification that every Georgia voter is required to show in order to vote in person in Georgia.”'

And the Court found his points to be sensible and supported by law.

'He also argued that the citizenship process serves a “compelling interest” in ensuring that only eligible voters are allowed to cast a vote, an argument raised by election integrity advocates across the country amid various disputes over voting rules.'

'“Ensuring that only U.S. citizens vote in our elections is critically important to secure and accurate elections,” Mr. Raffensperger said in a statement praising the ruling.'

    Read the whole thing.

There was that lady who after getting a permanent resident status asked if she could vote, the registrar didn't know and enrolled her anyway. She asked prior to voting at the voting place, they were unsure and let her vote. She was later arrested for illegally voting.
    The evil monster.

Your assumption is completely off base. I wish for the elections to be 100% secure. I am perfectly satisfied with whoever the electorate selects. Why? Because I know in the end the People will get it right. Sometimes they make mistakes and the country pays for those mistakes until the people figure it out and change course. But as long as the People are in control the People will do what is best for the People. I really do believe that. This isn't a case of sour grapes. My concern for the country compelled me to look into some anomalies which gave me pause. What I found was quite shocking. Don't just dismiss these concerns unless you look into it yourself. My question is, why are you so flippant and quick to reject any notion there might be a problem? Is it because you think they are "Your guys" working on "Your behalf"? I can assure you this is NEVER the case. In every case they are always working on their own behalf. It should concern EVERY American regardless of party affiliation. I want them working for one side, the other, or both; but not neither.

I too have worked the polls in the past. I'm assuming you are referring to the normal federal election day process which occurs on a Tuesday between November 2 and November 8 of even years. This is not the issue and I agree with you. The number of legitimate voters outnumbers most any attempt to subvert the legitimate outcome during such a short window of opportunity if voting occurs only on election day. But lately this has changed in a very important aspect. A minority of votes are now cast in the normal process on election day (30.5%). It is the mail-out drop off ballot box process which I have found is entirely insecure. It is way to easy to compromise the process and get ballots or just print them, the drop off boxes provide no scrutiny whatsoever, and the window of time available multiplies the problems of proper security. These recent changes towards 30 day elections are not a migration of the process which benefits the electorate. The electorate's main concern is the integrity of the vote. The convenience of the vote is a very very distant 2nd.

    Not possible.

For over 30 years the government has been able to keep track of every penny I have earned..

and guess what??...not a single time did I or the company I worked for reported my income in person

I have deposited every tax return for that last 30 years in a mailbox ...and the IRS received it

if the government can count a persons money they can surely count a persons vote

I often wonder if they realize that voter fraud is very risky. Given an earlier scenario of someone voting 100 times the penalties vary by State laws but a fine of a half million or more would be likely. Some states add jail time as well. A heck of a risk for a hundred votes where tens of thousands or more are collected. I would also point out that a 100 votes from the same address would definitely raise a red flag.
As to illegals voting. What Illegal would ever give an accurate address to receive a vote ballot or go to an actual voting site? When you are an illegal you tend not to break laws that could call attention to yourself let alone one that includes your home address. It's one of the reasons that their convictions for other crimes among illegals are so much lower than native born Americans. On a final note the idea that illegals are having legal babies in the US that could in 18 years vote, So? They've really known no other system and will vote accordingly.

But to alleviate their fears. Make national elections (President and Vice-president) a national vote and use https://fairvote.org/ as the method. Easy peasy.

I made no reference to illegals voting.

Before we go changing around the electoral process completely my immediate concerns are:
    1. Clear the voter rolls to remove those no longer eligible to vote in every district.
    2. Require voters on the rolls to show ID in person on the day of the election.
    3. Allow absentee ballots (not mail-out) for instances where someone has a validated legitimate reason for being unable to vote on election day in person. Such as military service, etc.
    4. On voting day utilize the same feedback verification method we have always done. This involves little government intervention. The process is run by the People under the auspices of the State Secretary with the People verifying the State Secretaries count.

Uhhhh, yes it did get reported. Your company has reported your pay every week and withheld the appropriate amount. Maybe not in person, but they did report it. Your company has an incentive to report it correctly, otherwise THEY HAVE TO PAY THE TAX instead of you. So there is no need for the government to verify it is correct. Government doesn't care whether you pay the tax or the company you work for.

Voting is an entirely different matter. You're comparing apples and oranges and the analogy is entirely inane.

1: Fine, they should be but there needs to be a system in place to do it early and give the voter proper notice. Too often we've seen lists expunged based on surnames and people given little or no time to correct their expulsion. It's not rocket science.
2: Fine but accept a variety of IDs. The real problem that arises is specifying a specific ID that may be difficult to obtain. Say I work all day and can't get to a specific spot for a specific ID should I be excluded from voting? If I use a fake ID then it's back to the earlier post, is the fine and risk of imprisonment worth a fake ID to be one of millions to vote? What sane person would take such a risk? If they are insane this could help us get them off the streets. The last election there was a case of an woman that's been voting every election for 60 years turned away for lack of the "proper" ID. The rules had changed.
3: No mail-in votes have been found to be fraudulent and places that use them love them. You have to live where the ballot is sent, verified by the request for a ballot already sent to that address. If an address has many ballot requests a red flag is already raised. I should qualify, there was one but it was an old woman filling out how she felt her recently deceased husband would have voted had he not died just before election day, not really a threat to democracy.
4: Just remember, there is far less fraud now than under the previous systems. Don't promote something that denies legal voters their rights, especially not on a false premise.

Whatever you "wish" doesn't make my assumption "off base".
That's good, so you'd be for abolishing the Electoral College. The Jelly Bean study makes your point; when large numbers of people guess how many jelly beans are in a jar, their answeres may varry widely, but averaged together they come very close to the right answer. Like in 2016 HRC would have been a much better President than tRaitor tRump and that's what the popular vote said. We're still paying for that EC failure.
    Good for you!
No, it's a case of trying to justify tRaitor tRump's claim that the election was stolen.
I have looked into it myself and so have many people more qualified than you or me and they conclude that the 2020 election "was the most secure in American history".
That I disagree with your methods and conclusion doesn't make me flippant or quick to judgement.
    johnathan stewart2.jpg
    Whatever are you getting at?
I don't think you're writing what you're trying to say. Of course I'm referring to our normally held election(s). IF it's not the issue what the hell are we talking about?
For all of your election "experience" that you don't understand just how hard it is to vote fraudulently in the first place. And that it would be nearly impossible for enough fraudulent votes to be cast to alter the outcome. There are so many checks and balances at every step of the election process that it would take a conspiracy so large that it would surely be caught out. Which is why Kris Krebs said with confidence that "the 2020 election was the most secure in American history".
Well, you "found" wrong, because it is NOT. Mail in voting is as at least secure as voting in person.
No, far from easy, that would be impossible.
In Colorado the drop boxes are built like a bank vault and monitored 24/7 throughout the election.
    How?
It absolutely does benefit the electorate. Instead of standing in the cold for hours waiting for their limited time in a both to vote, people, "the electorate", now vote in the comfort of their home at their leisure and they make more informed decisions because they can research their decisions, using all available sources, as the go down the ballot.
But, those goals are not mutually exclusive.

Good, because it's rare as hen's teeth when an illegal votes.
This is a worthy goal, but isn't as critical as tRumpublicans make it out to be. Every ballot cast is verified to belong to a currently registered voter. So, even IF the voter rolls are not 100% accurate, it's still impossible for someone to vote fraudulently.
Every ballot cast is tied to the ID presented when the individual registered to vote. Filing of fraudulent ballots would be, and is, discovered, when a ballot doesn't match the registration and ID it was issued for it is held, the person is contacted and given the opportunity to prove they are who they say they are and are entitled to use that, particular, ballot. Ballots aren't just mass mailed out willy-nilly with no record of who is authorized to use it. Every ballot is serialized and tied to a registered voter and checked that it was that voter that filed it.
Good idea, that's how it's done.
    What does that even mean?
Yep! In every State for every ballot; that's how it's done.

As I've mentioned before I too have been an election worker in my retirement. I worked as a ballot collector in CO, picking up mail in ballots at drop off locations. The ballot security protocols are make the process absolutely secure. Just the rare examples of individuals being caught improperly casting a ballot shows how the system works. The idea there is widespread fraud is ludicrous.
