Your point was that the high casualties will cause disruption in Russia.

I simply think that the impact is much greater in Ukraine, with a much smaller population with many of them refugees out of the country. Maybe you don't believe that and think Russia will crumble before Ukraine, but it seems obvious to me that Ukraine will lose it's ability to field a sufficiently large army long before that's a problem in Russia.

My point and others who support Ukraine is the world can’t allow Putin/Russia take what she wants without consequence. If we let them take what they want today, they will do that again tomorrow.

Most likely Ukraine will have higher casualty then Russian and at the end Ukraine will have no choice but give up some territory. But 500K Russian casualty will eventual change Russian internal politics and they will think twice before attacking another country tomorrow.

Complete bullshit. The war is to drive out the invaders.
The war would end tomorrow if putin abandons his invasion.

Major fail with that 'logic'. You can make the top tax bracket 100% and still not close the deficit. You can confiscate the top 1%'s wealth and still not close the deficit. We are spiraling down the toilet. If you want to know why, just watch the last 6.5 minutes of this video. Although it's specifically talking about the UK, it applies equally as well here.

Everybody should watch this starting at minute 18:50 until the end.

I would take any war statistic with a grain of salt. I doubt that the Russians have had 500,000 troops killed in Ukraine.
The soviets only lost about 15,000 in Afghanistan, but at the time, the numbers suggested were much higher.
Disinformation is a traditional tactic among adversaries.
Remember all the media reports that began circulating about putin's health and how he was suffering from some dread disease and his days were numbered?
It became obvious after a while that it was all bullshit, and putin continues to work like always.
What's not certain is whether the west put out that bit of gossip or whether putin himself spread it.

    Straw Man Alert!

I was talking about raising them to where they were when Trump said they were low enough.
We are likely headed for a rough patch, but not for the reasons you think.
It too much for you to summarize what you think your video proves?

You can't possibly believe that. Pick any opinion by any economist and you will find opposing opinions from other economists. Nothing is settled beyond the effects of supply and demand.

Is it too much for you to get off your lazy :democrat: and watch 6 minutes of video that explains the main reason for western societal decay?

I see you can't be bothered with knowing the input metrics of "GDP" ? Get a clue, Washington DC has the highest US GDP......they don't produce a damn thing.

As well as you and your compadre not knowing the difference between those on government welfare as opposed to those in poverty? Most welfare recipients aren't below the poverty level.

Well you better get ready to pack up your old kit bag and head to the front because right now it looks like Ukraine is going to lose unless there is direct NATO intervention. So...good luck!

I have better things to do with my time than watch a video without you saying what you think is important.
So, how are you measuring output?
I taught school and we had a lot of contact with welfare services. Most welfare recipients are definitely poor by any reasonable standard.

For Putin? We must insure that it does.

Despite the treachery of the surrender monkeys, it is vital for the community of democratic nations that we do not appease the war criminal.

Russia will ultimately lose in Ukraine. Ukraine cannot conquer Russia, but the RF, under Putin, can fall apart. That process has already started.

Outgunned, 'but not too late': NATO chief says Ukraine can still ... - WION

TodayNATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on Monday (Apr 29) expressed optimism that it was "not too late" for Ukraine to win its ongoing conflict with Russia, despite the significant challenges the war-torn nation faces. Ukrainian forces, as per AFP, have been struggling in the face of Russian

Ukraine was seriously impaired by the Pro-Putin faction in the House depriving Ukraine of desperately-needed military assistance for six months.

Once they "Both" have rat holed enough money/Ukraine and they "Russia" has put the U.S. so far in debt that it collapses the war will end ;)

If you can't afford to pay for your war, don't go to war! Oh that's right, it's not their war it the DNC's proxy war..
