Really? I don't see Progressives or Liberals getting nearly as worked up as tRaitor tRump and his supporters are. It's just interesting to note how excited his sycophants get when he says he's going to do something (we all know he won't do), and then when he weasels out of it how defensive they all get. LoL!

This thread isn't about Trump's inane before-and-after court "speeches." This thread is about his virtual promise to his base that he would definitely testify, because this is all fake and political and he wants to tell his story. Once it finally, slowly sank into his little pea brain that it would be disastrous to take the stand, because his story will be immediately overshadowed by the likely angry outbursts we'd hear under cross examination by the prosecution, he made a lame attempt to backpedal.

In order to get out of his big, bold promise, Donny decided to blame the gag order and the judge, claiming that they would not allow him to testify. How stupid does one have to be to believe that?

Today in court, a very clever Judge Merchan told him very plainly, clearly, and politely that of course he can testify, the gag order only applies to his extra judicial speeches.

Let's see if/how he tries to spin that.

 

That will only happen if debate monitors put kill switches on the mics. Otherwise, Biden will be hard put to get in a word or two.
