Unfortunately, he's done so, and I fear that's all he will ever do. I fear Trump will be given absolute immunity to violate the order as much as he pleases. I hope I'm wrong.

The judge isn't patient he's bluffing. He knows it would be a huge mistake politically if he put Trump in jail.

He didn't record the payment nothung else illegal. The entertainmentre Daniels testimony was a smear jib and nothing to do with how the payments were recorded.

Only to those who haven't bothered to read or learn. And, yes, the payment has been repeatedly denied, even by your own buddies. Trump's defense case relies on claiming these were just random payments to Cohen that had nothing to do with repaying him for Daniels.

 

1. He recorded them as something other than what they were. That is, by definition, falsification of business records. It doesn't matter if the recording used was something legal.
2. Of course Daniels testimony had nothing to do with how the payments were recorded. She's not an accountant, she isn't Trump's accountant. Her testimony was to show what was being covered up by the payments that were illegally recorded.
