And certainly not to Obama's Irish cousin who would never vote for Perry even if someone slipped him an absentee ballot.

Sounds like you may the type who'd love to see America fail. Don't you live in Canada?

He doesn't need to defend a $25 billion deficit when he claims to be a fiscal conservative? He was asked a question by a fiscal conservative about the hypocrisy of his record (not a heckler) and completely dodged the question. I don't think I am delusional when I have a problem with that.

    So you voted for McCain???

If you think Perry is not fit to be president, who would your vote for...anyone, even if not on the ballet at this time.

1)No, I am not American and was not old enough to vote in 2008. If I could, In hindsight I would have voted for Nader.

2)Preferably, I would vote for Jesus Christ.

Yes, because everyone who hates the political establishment would love to see America fail. Your country is one of the last hopes for Western civilization, no person who values liberal democracy wants to see America fail.

Would you like to review that answer?

First you admit that you want to see America fail.

But then you write that America is the lost hope for Western civilization.

    Which is it?

There ya go. That explains it. You have nothing to say about what happens here and are not old enough to discern anything....but do carry on. Honestly, experience means nothing....LOL

Actually, when your country's future will drastically effect my future then yes, I think I have a right to comment. You have plenty of experienced voters in your country, but that didn't stop them from electing Bush in '04 and Obama in '08. Not to mention keeping the Republicrats in power continuously since 1852.

My fault, I should have guessed.

You are so far away and you know so little about America.

What is it about Nader that you like?

    Oh never mind.

    Nader will never be president.

But Obama is and if we are not careful he might get 4 more years.

Unfortunately America may not survive 4 more years of him so you can understand why we are willing to settle for less that Lincoln or Reagan if they can beat Obama.

How is it that I am so far away from your country? Ottawa isn't exactly across the ocean. How is it that I know so little about your country?

You right-wingers don't seem to like those you disagree with politically. You tend to generalize everyone who is to the left of you politically.

    1) To just ignore my opinion is ignorant.

    2) Whatever effects America effects us, the human race. You have the most important economy in the world. We all have "skin" in the game, as an American do you ever think about what the rest of the world thinks of your nation?

The Republicrats are the single party that has held power in America for your entire life. You know them as Republicans and Democrats but they are little different, two factions of one party. And yes, every President since 1852 has been a republican or Democrat AKA: a Republicrat.

    This should clarify:

No, he poached them from other states, and to add insult to injury, many of them are minimum wage level, or were created as government jobs.

Rick Perry is George Bush lite.

Most of the jobs that Bush Jr produced were also minimum wage pay.

Seems like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in Texas now doesn't it?

Let's not forget the worst health insured numbers of any state, worst pollution of any state to name a couple other of Perry's achievements.

Last I checked, Texas has a balanced budget amendment, which would mean they cannot, by law, have a deficit.

As for their debt load, I think this article explains it well.

And don't forget, Texas has approximately $9.4 billion in a "rainy day fund", so that further indemnifies them against the debt load.

Doesn't just about every state have some form of balanced budget amendment? It's not something out of the ordinary nor does it make him some fiscal god.

Rick Parry isn't a social conservative.

At least Ron Paul actually would balance the budget. Going by his track record; Parry would add more debt.
