Yeah, I know about that when I wasn't in the hospital I was thrown in the drunk tank.

There's nothing wrong with your head or heart for that matter.
You just tend to overestimate white male Republicans.
It's quite simple really, they usually come out saying I'm right everybody must agree with me, or to paraphrase "STAY THE COURSE".
However if you take a close look at the "course" you will find a lot of potholes and bad roads.
Instead of defending an issue you have you should be attacking them on the credibilty of their issues.
My favorite phrase is "if you post to me with the intent of mudslinging bring a slicker cause you sure going to get muddy".

However if you need a break I will respct that, and will humbly await your return.:peace:
