‘For God So Loved The World’ For A $19.99 Oil Change?

You keep going on the premise that the business owner is breaking the law. He isn't. And the more you insist that he is, the more you look foolish. The point of my post is my reaction, which is the reaction of most reasonable people when they don't like something. It doesn't matter whether it's a credit union or an oil change place, it's perfectly legal for them to give discounts to whoever and for whatever reason they want. You keep going about it like some law's being broken and it isn't. You don't know the civil rights laws and how they apply. So quit being so ignorant.

 

Just wanted to say I appreciate this thread because it's made me notice how many businesses out there aren't afraid to admit their faith.

Driving home from work today, I passed thru a small neighborhood that's undergoing 'revitalization' (yuppifying is what I call it). Sitting @ a red light, noticed a little shop that sells bridal gowns and formal wear... and in the corner of their window, a little hand-painted sign. "FREE BIBLES"

Thought of you again... and smiled.

Give up the fight, darling. You're woefully outnumbered.
