You know Jack, if you would take any group of people in the world, and spend as much time looking for faults in them as you do the Jews, then I'm sure you will find them. In other words, no one is denying everything you say, only that you are being unfair since you are limiting your resentments to one group of people and it has become an obsession. Also you are not looking at them in a way that is relative to others. Try comparing the Jews with some in India and the inhumane gang rapes, or Iran and Saudi Arabia with its punishment and intolerances, or China for that matter? I believe in the scope of things, the Jews will come out ahead of most of the people in this world.

 

Why should anyone's religious and cultural values be imposed on others? I'm sure Russia considers many of our own cultural values offensive and a human rights abuse.

Also what right does the U.S. and West in general have to condemn Russia, when these same rights are abused much more in other nations, and yet nothing is being said to them? Putin is right when he said we are not enemies but competitors, and because Russia is our competitor we want to condemn it in everything to the point of starting another cold war. We are to blame you know?

Homosexuals are not persecuted in Russia as far as I know, but proslytizing it to others is against the law. This is why Moscow will not allow a gay pride parade. Russian gas costs $10/MMBTU to extract. US gas (at Henry Hub) costs $3.50/MMBTU.

A few years ago, Russia was in essence Saudi Arabia writ large. An energy exporter with nukes of questionable reliability. As their expensive energy prices itself out of the world market, Russia becomes a Third World backwater with nukes of questionable reliability.

What does Russia sell other than energy? They give away ineffective weapons to their clients (like the air defense system that never noticed the Israeli air raid in Syria) and obsolete MiG-21 retreads.

Everything else the Russians make is shoddy and overpriced. Most nations can get shoddy but cheap stuff from the Chinese.

If the Russian gas has to get a higher price than the US or Israeli gas, the Russian gas either will not sell or will be a money-losing proposition. that simple fact dashes all the Russian hopes.

The S-400 was the air defense system that completely missed an Israeli air attack on a Syrian chemical weapons plant.

Russia had to give that system to the Syrians. Even Assad wasn't daft enough to pay for something the Isrealis easily outwit.

The Indians are unhappy because supposedly updated MiG-21bis aircraft fall out of the sky without provocation. Seems the Russians didn't replace fatigued-out wing spars.

The Chinese bought an aircraft carrier from the Russians and had to spend three years making it work.

Almost all of the Bolsheviks were Jews, but not all Jews were Bolsheviks. No doubt there is persecution going on in Russia against gay people, but it is by individuals as it is in the U.S. and everywhere else in the world. The best thing for homosexuals to do is not publicize it, because when then do then they are prosletyzing their sexual disorder to others.

As for not picking to be gay or not you are right. According to Christian beliefs it comes about when a society has distanced itself from God.
