NO, Ima saying Project Veritas has an agenda, and they have been caught editing vidoes and testimonials to make them say what they want. Sources matter.

    hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Project Veritas has no credibility except on the right because they agree with that they say. It has nothing to do with truth or fact, just ideology. Once a "source" does what they did, they can have no credibility moving forward. But the right likes them because they provide confirmation bias, but facts dont play into what they report

The problem today is the massive reconstruction of our education system. Where do we think this crap got it's legs? In the 60's and 70's we had the group raised by the WW2 generation holding the fort, today there is nothing to limit the crazy. Everybody wants to be recognized as "good".

Maybe. They also have people saying exactly what they said and it makes Leftists look horrible. Do you trust your Obama, Biden and Kamala when they claimed Trump said we should all drink bleach when he NEVER said it? Just trying to gauge you lie-o-meter:)

Yes. Folks are getting completely fed up with these rights violating woke bullies:

Yale Law students tried to shout down a speaker, now a judge says maybe they shouldn't get clerkships.

They shouldn't. This woke clowns think that preventing another from speaking freely, is "free speech". They unfit for clerkships, they are unfit for the bench.

    These are Yale Law Students.

"A house divided against itself cannot stand"

Eventually one side will be ejected or yield to the other side.
Since the radical activists don't seem able to compromise, they will probably be the ones to be pushed out if they lose. Otherwise the moderates will yield and just surrender to the more extreme activists and let them have their way. In which case, likely the activists will start attempting a Soviet-style purge of any saner voices that speak out, and at that point it will usually be too late to reverse course in the organization.

So ironic. This would have been almost unimaginable in the 1990s.

    That's a good analogy.

Everything is about the Inquisition and Excommunication with a side of Salem.

Parents of K-12 kids are doing a pretty good job. Next step, encourage youth to go into the trades or (gasp) work their way up. Also parents of the truly college-bound need to really shop for a good school. When the tuition stops coming in, this will change.

I grew up in the deep South in the 1950's and the 1960's, I saw racial segregation and discrimination first hand, and I don't know of a time after we ended the racial discrimination and segregation that we weren't aware of racism, or sex discrimination and other negative aspects. When has it been hidden? The question is should it dominate our entire society and body politic? To cut to chase are we supposed to wallow in it? Is it really what defines American?

Why not celebrate the America we are and the opportunities afforded to everyone and the success everyone can achieve if they take advantage of it. But that YOU have to be the prime mover of that, it's up to you to what it takes, and not do what will prevent you, to achieve that success and nothing that happened in the past owes you anything.

    Of course.

I couldn't agree more with any other post you've typed.
You've seen MAJOR strives in those areas. I grew up in the 60's and 70's up north, where racism was more implied and hidden than in your face like in the south.
But I've seen the major improvements, and have lived in the south a long time. I saw some of the disgusting racism. It is a lot better, but I know that there is still a long way to go.
Because of the vast freedom in America, and the advances in communication, those who feel overlooked and oppressed feel more emboldened to stand up for their beliefs.
Can you really blame them? If you were gay, but had to keep it hidden and maybe get threatened or beat up, wouldn't you feel emboldened when you finally got the chance to be yourself in the world?
For many minorities, they are enjoying new freedoms that their parents may not have had the opportunity to enjoy, so maybe they don't know how to handle it at first. People learn, they just need time sometimes.
It's part of growing process, that may not be pleasant the whole time. America is diverse, we need to handle it better sometimes.
This is a wonderful country! We have the freedom to elect leaders, voice our opinions and hear other's opinions.
Doesn't mean that we can't strive to improve though.

If these little wannabe totalitarians suddenly find that their signatures on these rights violating documents renders them unfit for judgeships and clerkships, it will very quickly become almost unimaginable again.

There are a few radical judges on the Supreme Court now that would probably take them.

Don't forget our 'free press' which isn't free at all and censors information non-stop. How can our democracy survive in the US when the voters are continually and purposively kept in the dark by our press, our public schools and our politicians, for examples??

Side note: Such hypocrites are those politicians who demand our democracy prevail in America yet they continue to keep average Americans in the dark on issues.

The tax payer spigot really needs to be shut off to allow for a reset.

The student loan system has created one of the left's most profitable fund raising cabals. Money flowing from tax payers straight into the pockets of the powerful pseudo-intellectual elites and the various organizations that line up behind them to receive grants. But what do the students get for their debt, what does society get for its tax liability? We get highly radicalized social justice warriors who can recite the 718 genders by heart by cant actually do anything of value to society as a whole.

The great scam of so-called higher education. The quality of an education today isn't worth the paper the diploma is printed upon because the people attending these schools aren't actually being fkin educated - they're begin indoctrinated by dysfunctional leftist ideology. And the real world has become wise to this overvalued commodity. Masters degrees have replaced Bachelors, Bachelors have replaced Associates, and Associates are basically regarded on the same level as a GED.

I've been saying for a long time that the government needs to get out of the student loan business. If kids had to go to a real bank for a loan, a lot of things would be looked at to ascertain if they are a good risk. Such as: did they do well in h.s., attendance, part-time jobs, etc. etc. The government will give a student loan to ANYONE because they know eventually they will get the money back with lots of interest. So we've got millions of young people who were never cut out for college, who have no job, who have been indoctrinated, who have no degree because they've either dropped out or been thrown out, and have thousands of dollars of student debt. But this won't happen because the government is making too much money on the scam.
