He just didn’t find evidence of an illegal investigation.

Well, good thing they were kept at a secure location protected by the secret service? Frankly I don't think Trump took them deliberately, they were mixed in with thousands of other items, it took the FBI team hours of searching to find them.

- a POTUS has staff to make sure the rules are followed.
- NARA told him that he had many documents that needed to be returned
- he had over a year to comply
- he was also issued with a subpoena to turn over documents
- he personally instructed that certain documents be moved out of the storage room (the location of the search for documents responsive to the subpoena) before the search was conducted
- no other president has taken documents as trump has done or has at least returned documents immediately on first request
- the FBI found hundreds of documents in a few hours. Documents that trump had refused to turn over in the year and a half that he knew they were in his possession

Of course he took the documents intentionally, then refused to return them, then tried to hide them.

 

He still does. You have no idea what he has, what he found and what is or is not illegal. Even when he finds criminal activity, the DC swamp shuts him down. Think OJ Simpson trial. Durham will never get a fair trial because the system will protect it's own DNC operatives.

 

Crossfire Hurricane used falsified evidence to obtain a warrant. That's illegal. We don't need a court decision to know that.

 

In addition, they were most certainly not in a secure location.

Someone cannot book out a top secret document and then not be held responsible to what happens to it afterwards. That person is 100% responsible until it is returned to the secure location and that responsibility includes not allowing anyone else to have any contact with the top secret document. This is standard procedure when handling classified information

Two tier justice system which has been pointed out to you on numerous occasions. The FBI is completely and totally in bed with the DNC and they both have the same goals. You can arguably point to an illegal spying operation (Crossfire Hurricane) and a coup attempt against a candidate and a sitting President which is leading to absolutely nothing it terms of consequences for those who pulled this off.

It's disgusting and it's a disgrace. Yes, it was illegal. Nobody will go to jail for it. Reverse parties and say Trump did this to Obama, at least 20-30 people would have been indicted and thrown in prison by now.
